California Nails

Prices are decent. Clean salon and equipment. I had to update this post, the language barrier is a problem here. Some of the staff don’t understand you and start talk in different language with each other and laugh loudly to the level that it’s obviously about you very disrespectful. They end up pretending they don’t understand so they do it as they want. I guess it’s your place, your way and out choice.

Customer Service is great. I get my Nails and Toes and Eyebrows done here every 2 weeks by jenny. Everyone does a great job. Ms. Amy does my husbands Feet and does a great job.Services: Manicure

I went here for the first time June 20th 2022 after being recommended by someone. The service I received was terrible from start to finish! I went to get a pedicure and from the moment I walked in I just knew it was going to be bad. The man at the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all in fact he was on his phone while talking to us and not paying attention when we asked questions. I was seated for my pedicure and the woman doing my toes did not know what she was doing. The water was cold and I told her but she didn’t fix it. She was acting as if she didn’t know how to cut down my toenails and ended up cutting them wrong. She cut my toe with the machine and tried to act like she didn’t. She was digging into my toenails to the point where it hurt and I yanked my foot but she continued to do the same thing afterwards. She took almost 30 minutes just to paint my toes just for them to end up looking ugly. Have to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I was not satisfied with this service at all and I will not be coming back to this place of business.Service: Pedicure

I went as a I walk-in 30 minutes prior to them closing, I was happily surprised to see that they took me in with open arms. I was seen immediately. They were extremely professional & kind, I paid $45 total and I'm absolutely satisfied with their work. I will be back again!

Save your money ladies I came back into town with friends and they just recently renovated so i thought it be nice nope still same rude attitude now not all of them are rude but the ones that did my feet. Half way through he stuck me with something causing my big toe to bleed never wiped off the blood just stopped mid way to go to dominos next door and another lady finish and too ignored the blood honestly don’t think they cleaned it after me and to charge the price you want to charge is ridiculous plus my friend tried to get her toys done and they told her the color she wanted isn’t gonna look right understand opinions but if im paying you shouldn’t be a problem plus i don’t need the whatever attitude

Service was fast and good. They always do a good job.

I am an every 2 week customer, and has been coming for about a year, almost. Amy who normally does my nails is on vacation for 9 weeks and my service was done by someone else. I was not satisfied with the services and expressed it. And No I was not trying to get out of paying. I get a pedicure and fill in every 2 weeks with gel polishnot a cheap service. But my problem is when I expressed my dissatisfaction the owner tried to be confrontational about it. Her daughter was kind and fixed them for me. It made me feel bad because I’ve never had a problem and to treat me like I was trying to cause a problem, really hurt my feelings! I made an appointment with the owners daughter until Amy returns!
