California Pizza Kitchen at Fashion Show Mall

The food here has always been good but the service is the worst. I believe that service at a restaurant should be as good as the food now a days. But had to give great remarks to the chef and the cooks that make it happen.

This was my first time dinning at CPK. It was awesome! There was a long line for lunch. This place is good for people watching as well.

I have always loved CPK but the service & experience at the Fashion Mall was horrible. I ordered a jambalaya Fini and they were out of the ingredients and I ordered a shrimp scampi zucchini pasta with the thin spaghetti and they brought me fettuccine. Waitress forgot my drink yeah she try to make it right by taking it out of the bill and brought me a free Corona which I appreciated it but it shouldn’t have been such a bad experience.

YUM! Walked to mall for a bite to eat. 30 mins prior to closing didn’t see a hostess. Walked to side for take out. Ordered pizza that was delicious. Polite employee took my order to-go. I would recommend this convenient location. Leave a rating to help others.

First time at California pizza kitchen and delicious food high recommend and the price is according with quality of the food you eat.

We were staying at the Trump Hotel across the street and walked over for a bite. Everything was delicious. The bbq chicken pizza was very good! We got that and a full size Caesar salad and it was a great amount for us two. The service was alright, but the quality of the food was five stars.

Came here today for a late lunch. We sat and waited about 20 minutes for a waiter to pay any attention to us. For our entire meal, our waiter literally didn’t say a word. We didn’t know if he heard us or not until he carried out the action of bringing us our food, drinks, & silverware. The food was unexpectedly amazing though. We got the five cheese & tomato pizza and the garlic cream pasta and they were out of this world - something we didn’t expect for a restaurant in a mall. We also got the BUTTER CAKE with ice cream and a side of caramel. I am a part time baker and I have no idea how they made this cake so moist and hold the flavor of butter without it being nasty. It was hands down the best cake I have ever had. The prices were a little steep and the portions were very small but I didn’t mind paying because everything tasted amazing. Bad service but amazing food.

Food has always been great everytime we have been there. This time I asked to make my pizza a certain way and boom, they did it perfectly!! Our waiter was on top of everything! Great place to eat!Food: 5/5

We arrived right at 11 a.m. when they opened. Our server Karry was super friendly and chatty. Our food and drinks were made right away and we had a great experience. Will be back for sure!Food: 5/5

There was an issue with my son’s GF pizza and the GM, Michael, stepped up in a major way. He not only made my son a new one but kept following up with us insuring that our experience was fantastic. Can’t say enough great things about Michael Eichhorn and the staff he leads. Very impressive.
