I found this experience very satisfying and meet all my expectations. The office staff was very helpful and upbeat. And Dr Morales was great. She is very thorough, a full body check, answered all of my questions and concerns. She explained why something was of no concern but took care of those items she thought may be of question. I would refer anyone to Dr Morales who is looking for a skin care doctor.

Organized, clean, friendly office! It was packed but I don't think anyone had a wait of more than 5 mins. The staff was great, professional, knowledgeable and everyone that I encountered was incredibly friendly! My doctor was prompt, listened to everything I said and replied accordingly. She was thorough with her exam asked me several questions and made her diagnosis. The best part was, as she explained the diagnosis and the treatment, she wrote everything down that we discussed- item by item and handed me the paper as I left. I highly recommend this business!

The medical service provided was great but that is the only reason they get 2 stars. They sent my lab work to a lab that I did not approve. I could have had it done at a lab that I know I have coverage at, but Dr. Ortiz told me it would be fully covered by insurance so I shouldn't worry. Well they didn't even send it to the lab they told me they would and of course I got charged for it. It was an internal lab so they get paid for it and I got billed. When I spoke to Liz the manager about it she said the doctor should have never said that and insisted that I owed the money no apology for the doctor misspeaking. She said she would see if she could talk to the pathologist and get back to me. I never got a phone call back. I called several times and she was always "unavailable" and never returned any of my calls. Finally paid the bill to avoid collections. Don't trust them.

This medical center was a much larger office than I expected. And, a very busy place, so expect to be in line to check in. The reception is friendly. The wait time to be called to see the doctor was about 10 minutes. Once in a room, it was over a half an hour wait there. However once the doctor did arrive, she was very nice and apologetic which was a positive. All in all I was pleased with my experience. I took away one star for the wait time and parking. Note: masks are still required at this time.

All my experience with California Skin Institute has been very positive. They always resolve my skin issues on the first visit. Appointments are efficient with very little wait time. Staff is friendly and their skin expertise is extensive. Joe is great- helps me feel at ease as soon as I talk with him no matter the issue and the results have always been at or above expectations. I would recommend this place for any skin issues you want to address.

Dr. Watts made me comfortable right away and is going straight to work to help resolve my issues. The staff was also very friendly! It's a busy place but don't let that scare you. I was seen when my appt was set for and didn't wait long at all in exam room for the doctor. Definitely a place I would use for all my future skin care needs.

Timely service. Very efficient front desk. I downloaded the forms I needed to fill out and did that in advance which expedited my check-in. Saw a Physician's Assistant who was very helpful with my skin issues. I look forward to working with her again.

I was absolutely amazed at the service, less than 10 minute wait in the waiting room including me completing my new patient forms, less than 5 minute wait in the exam room and the relaxed yet thorough expertise given by Dr. Joe and Mimi! I walked out beyond confident to do the treatments daily and looking forward to showing this smile with improved, radiant skin! #ByeAcne

CSI has always been extremely accommodating for our medical needs. Dr Morales is compassionate while being straight forward regarding diagnosis and treatment. She is so outstanding there can be a 3 month wait yet when experiencing an urgent need another team member was available, NP Shanise was thorough and adept as well as kind. Thank you to the Patient Care team for their service.

Staff is very efficient; including the doctor who saw me. Office is clean and lots of literature for the curious. I also appreciated the air purifiers! Masks still required as of 10/6/2022.
