Terrible shop with lier-lier-pants-on fire owner - Shawn, who uses the cheapest materials ever, applies "bondo" like an insane person - to prime the car [for a paint job], overcharges (even when the clear insurance estimates are broken down to the slightest detail), and refuses to admit that he's done the lousiest paint job, even with every other paint shop in the area is being able to see it the very first moment they look at the car. Refuses to acknowledge it even at the risk of losing the return business/customer, and inevitable bad reviews to follow that circumstance. GIVES ESTIMATES AT NEARLY DOUBLE of what the other reasonable body shops' owners would provide. Asks his secretary to "screen" his calls [while I was waiting in the office for his "rip off" joke of an estimate] - in fear of getting his ass "chewed off" by an irate customer! In short - typical Persian THIEF, who abuses the opportunity of working in civilized environment. Time to get out of our neighborhood, and paint business, and to stop insulting its residents' intelligence and abusing their trust! Go home - back to Iran, where you belong - to cheat your own citizens and see what would happen to you there after a short while..

Very friendly staff and honest estimates. I've used them in the past and will use them in the future.

My gold '83 Mercedes 300D had a rusted out rear windshield channel, and completely faded paint. California West Coast did a PHENOMENAL job reconstructing the windshield channel (flawless repair) and of course the paint job came out fantastic. I will only take my car here. Highly recommended!

Doesn't last! We had our '67 convertible painted there just over 5 years ago. We had stripped everything off the car (including the windshield), and brought it to them on a flat-bed. Over the years, the paint has been cracking really badly in several places (which they blame on flex, although other people with the same car don't have the same problems with their paint). The paint completely peeled off inside the hood (they said it "shouldn't have been painted there anyway", that I should use a heat shield instead), and now, the paint is bubbling on the front fender, and peeling back around the wiper blade mounts. Apparently the 5 year warranty is an expiration date for their work; I would not trust these guys with any of my cars ever again.
