I went there to put money on my pre paid card. The guy at the counter asked me what I wanted while still dealing with someone else. After that I had to wait several minutes until another employee showed up. While dealing with me she was on the phone with someone else. Customer service not good but in the end I got what i wanted.

Phone died. Turned out its broken. Bought a new phone. They helped me set it up perfectly and even restore all my data. Definitely will recommend it to my friends
