Callie's Hot Little Biscuits

Just ordered for the first time and it'll be the last time. The name says "hot little biscuit" and I'm so surprised that I'm sitting here with a COLD biscuit and when I picked it up the bottom just crumbled. The biscuit was over $8 and I'm shocked that they would serve a cold biscuit with cold cheddar cheese. I'm never coming back.

Y’all need to have better customer service. Hire people who know how to be respectful. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

The most amazing biscuits/coffee! The employees gave great recommendations, I got a bacon egg & cheese with nitro coffee. You can tell everything is made with fresh ingredients and homemade recipes. Their manager Cyril is so sweet & helpful and Latisha is super helpful as well. Together they made the overall experience even better!

We must have hit an off day here Jan 30. Seemed short staffed and out of most menu items. The store was messy, too. Thankfully our food was still good, it just took 3 tries of ordering to find something they were able to make.

Amazing breakfast! Such a kind staff. One of my favorite restaurants in CLT.

Best biscuits around! Buttermilk are phenomenal, and the cinnamon are life changing! We ate at the original in Charleston a few years ago, and will be back to the Charlotte one, for sure!
