Placed an order with Jimmy Knoll (sales rep) on 8/31/2017 and received an invoice and provided payment. It is now 9/8/2017 and I have yet to receive the items which were a piece of Lexan (48" x 96") cut into 20 pieces of different sizes all simple quadrilaterals. I was told it would be finished at the latest Wednesday 9/6/2017 and that did not happen. I'm would not recommend them for any work that requires a set timeline. They may do great work and this may not reflect the company as a whole but in my mind it does. It is utterly unacceptable and really frustrating when you try to support local instead of going online. I'll just have to go online and purchase what I was hoping would be a local purchase.
