This place is a joke, I’m pretty sure it is just a pill mill at this point. You cannot get in touch with the front office. Staff is not friendly when you can get in touch with them. You can’t get refills on your prescription without seeing them first. It’s a total scam.

Dr. Dhillon seems cool, but too busy to really spend time with patients. Instead of just sending me a bill or invoice, I waited for two hours to be seen because the staff was confused about my out of state ppo insurance. My impression, based on my experience and on seeing how frustursted many of the other patients were, is that this practice is unprofessional, slow, dysfunctional, and overbooked.

You do not want Dr. Shawn Dhillon as your doctor! He will not listen to his patient’s concerns, even when it involves dangerous side-effects caused by medications he has prescribed. He publicly berates his staff and has absolutely no interest in providing quality patient-centered care to his patients. He made my frail elderly father and me wait for nearly an hour and a half for him just to enter the exam room. And when he did, he fast-talked and bluffed his way through the appointment focused only on prescribing more profitable advertised name brand drugs to my father. During our time at his office, he was like the grim reaper wearing a long white lab coat. His only interest is making more money even if it cost you your health. If you value your health or the health of someone you love, you WILL NOT want him as your doctor. If only I could give him double zero stars!

This is the worst doctor office ever! Dr. Shawn Dhillon is very inattentive to his patients. He does not listen to his patient concerns. He cares more about seeing a lot of patients at one to make more money. He is very money hungry. Also, he leaves patient sensitive medical information laying around where other patients can see them. That is against the law and he is breaking HIPAA laws. Please do not attend this practice. I am in the process of getting a lawyer and filing a grievance against him. I wish I could give him zero stars!

I was excited to have my physical with Dr. Dhillon today, having spent time reading reviews and choosing him specifically out of many options in the area. I called on 7/13/18 at 10:34am and made an appointment for 7/31/18 at 10:15am. I was told it was with Dr. Dhillon at 3333 N Calvert St, Suite 555. When I arrived today, 7/31/18 at 9:45am, I was told that I was not in the system and did not have an appointment. I calmly explained that I had made the appointment previously with Dr. Dhillon, and even pulled up my phone showing that I had called their number on 7/13/18 and had a 9 minute conversation. Despite this, the woman at the front desk treated me as if I was a liar, arguing with me for several minutes before finally calling somebody else over. The other woman said to just mark me as a walk in. She started to process my id and health insurance but continued to have an attitude and didn't apologize or give any kind of consolation for the error on their part. I had enough, on my first experience with a new doctor I don't expect to be disrespected and treated as if I'm a liar. Why the hell would I show up at a doctor's office and make up a story about having an appointment for a damn physical? Ridiculous. Dr. Dhillon might be the best doctor in the world, but he needs to be more careful who he hires to represent him in the office.

This place is Awful‼ Very Unprofessional. I had a 3:15 pm appointment I arrived @ 2:45 pm For a New patient, MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS MY WORST IMPRESSION ‼‼‼ Dr. Came in gave me a card to write down my Meds, Didn’t come back , I left @ 5:05pm.. The Staff WON’t BE GOING BACK

This is what happens when a patient demanding pain meds is told, “sorry, we do not just write pain meds because you demand them”.

Nothing but helpful in my opinion
