Our center provides each patient with a variety of individualized services and programming, whether they are with us for a short stay following a hospitalization or surgery, or they will call us their new home for long-term nursing care. Our dedicated staff is focused on delivering the highest quality of services, centered on speedy recoveries and patient satisfaction. NHCA centers have also specialized in delivering quality long-term care to residents. The team develops a comprehensive care plan which includes all medical, nursing, rehabilitation, nutritional, psychosocial and therapeutic needs. Each resident is also evaluated upon admission by our interdisciplinary team, based on need for rehabilitative services in physical, occupational and/or speech therapy.
Thereafter, a team of therapists carry out restorative or maintenance therapies in conjunction with the resident’s plan of care. Our goal is to assist each resident with the means to maintain his/her optimum level of functioning.
