Called to ask questions and the person I spoke to was super rude. So unprofessional.

I have had only good experiences here.  Very responsive staff and quick service

We dealt with them for a breast pump and for over 6months with baby formula and they were amazing and very helpful.

I just called and spoke to someone who had no idea what they were talking about. When you need to rent a breast pump - someone should know a thing or two about them!!! Super frustrating.
