Giving them one star is even too much. When I dropped off my dress I was promised nothing would happen to the color but maybe the stain wouldn't come out. I agreed it was worth a shot and dropped it off. When I returned to pick it up the pink flowers were brown and the green leaves had vanished. This is a rare vintage piece and irreplaceable, I was so heartbroken. When I called Sunny the manager she was BEYOND rude. Tried to tell me the dress looks better than ever. Are you serious?! She couldn't be reasoned with and when I told her a client had bought it for $100 and I should be reimbursed for them ruining it her reaction was so shocking. She said, "$100 won't make you rich and the dress looks great." First off- you are giving me back a completely different color dress. This is not great! Second- if "$100 won't make me rich" it sure as heck wouldn't make you poor Sunny! Needless to say I will never go back and highly suggest you avoid their business by all means. I am a small business owner and this does effect me. So rude.

I moved to Phoenix from Los Angeles last December and have been using this business since. They had never done a stellar job, but nothing bad enough to prevent me from returning until last November. I had just purchased a black Givenchy dress shirt, one of the coolest details on the shirt were the two chrome numbers attached to the collar; a "1" and a "7." I only had the chance to wear it once and dropped it off with the rest of my dry cleaning. Unfortunately when I picked the shirt up the metal numbers were bent and scratched. Had I not just bought the shirt and paid $600 for it, it wouldn't have been an issue. I immediately drove back to the cleaners to show the damage and find a resolution. I was informed that the manager Sarah was not in, but that she would call me. Later that same day I received a call from a clearly irritated Sarah who made it seem like I was a nuisance. She then told me to return the shirt to her and email her a picture of the receipt verifying the value, which I did that same night. I didn't hear back from her, and after two weeks I called back and she claimed to have not received the receipt so she gave me her email address again, it was the same one I had sent it to initially. So I re forwarded her the email. One week later after not hearing from her I called again. She told me to come pick up the shirt and she would give me a store credit as a consolation. When I went to pick up the shirt it wasn't there. So I dropped off my dry cleaning and left a note for her to call me. 4 days had passed and I went to get my dry cleaning and the shirt wasn't there. So I left another note for Sarah. She called me that same afternoon, and angrily told me I wouldn't get the shirt back because she gave me the credit. I told her that was not acceptable and if she wasn't returning the shirt that I needed cash not a credit to go purchase another one. She then threatened me with her lawyer. Needless to say there is no resolution and will never use this service again.

Looks like the I should have read the reviews for the Ghetto cleaners. This place is terrible. They lost a pair of my pants that weren't cheap and also burnt a hole in my collar of my shirt and didn't bother to tell me. I understand that shirts tend to wear out from normal wear and tear, but this shirt was maybe 4 months old. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP IN THIS AWFUL PLACE. BEWARE !!!!!

The lady who runs this place is mean! She ruined my girlfriend's dress and then yelled at us for bringing it to her attention. We will NEVER use this cleaners again. BEWARE!

I have never had a problem at this establishment and the people there are always efficient and courteous. My clothes always look great.
