Drove 40 miles for a car buying appt and the salesman wasn't even there.  Had the day off.  Talked to another salesman hoping to make a deal on a car.  The trd in was ridiculous and lady sales mgr too busy to even meet me

Grear service immediately from Francisco! From start to finish we were shown courtesy and professionalism.  Each person was knowledgeable on every question we had.  Alonso was great, too, thanks for a wonderful car shopping experience!

Everything went well as far as my trade and purchase. Paint protection I didn't want and charged anyway. Truck was not ready when I was told it was and to come pick it up. Essence was great to deal with and responded quickly to my calls and text. If you need a salesperson ask for her, she gets 5 stars

My Navigator reserve was light years better than my 3 escalades.  My favorite  neighbor Mrs M. Zucker was 1000% right

I didn't want to write this, but I had a horrible experience with the parts department. Customers service Especially with josh fisher and his manager, they didn't respect their Customers.

Don't waste your time, Used cars are overpriced, Shawn is not professional gauge your rapport with the customer before attempting any jokes, sarcasm or irony — they don’t translate easily through text, so your intent can easily be misunderstood.
