Nicely tended grounds. Easy to navigate and plenty of accessible parking.

Or nice it was clean and there was lots of nice homes to buy there. There are also very nice Neighbors on both sides of the park

Camelot is run down but has open space and could be a good place for children.

I got to ride my bike around and it was really fun there

Management is unfair by fair. Rude and act like bullys. This suv has had expired plates sence January and policy is they have to be licensed but this one belongs to management the guy manager.

Hey they don't care if you smoke pot. Managers don't have any interest in making it right but hey they will raise the lot rent so the people on a fixed income can't afford to live there. Even though the own the home.

My Best friend has lived here for 8+ years & other than the ever increasing, far too expensive lot rent, It's been a decent place for her & her Boys to reside. The Park itself is pretty nice & well-kept, the pool is awesome & all neighbors so far have been super friendly. As for the latest management team running the Park.. No Bueno!;
