Camelot Village Apartments

We have lived at Camelot Village for over 32 years. We love it here!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are always here to help us. The office staff are very professional and have gone above and beyond. It is so very hard to think that one day we will have to move. This is our home. We raised our family here and now the grandkids come here to grandma and grandpa's.

My moving went well from the start of the application until the day I received the key. I would like to thank all the staff they were nice precisely Brooke Catlett, the manager who approve my application. She took her time to explain to me all the regulations of the apartment even helped me to get the laundry card. We were having issue with the fitness Card but she solved that issue in two weeks by providing me with the access card to the fitness center. Brooke Catlett,Thank you for being kind and cheerful towards people. We need people like you to make the world a better place for all of us. Thanks!

Been here a few months now and I’m in love! I feel safe with the buzzer entrance. Brooke welcomed me and was very helpful and informative. Maintenance is always on point and my unit was nice & clean for move in. The area is nice and very peaceful as well!

I had Tim<AMAZING a professional drywall contractor in my apt to finish my newly installed shower walls. He was extremely kind and courteous and did a fantastic job. On top of that I had 2 contractors in to finish the paint in the bathroom and they also did a marvelous and fantastic job as well. Thank you Camelot Village staff and maintenance for being such wonderful community to live in.

I am a new resident here at Camelot village and can I just say if you're thinking of moving here just do it! The front office staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful it's a pleasure to see kind faces when I walk into the main office. Unlike past places I have lived the staff and residents definitely work towards keeping the grounds and hallways clean. I had one issue with my apartment that was minor when I moved in maintenance came to fix it pretty quickly and they always leave a notice if you are not home and they come in to fix anything. I know it's only been a few weeks but I am enjoying my time here with Camelot. Just waiting for that pool to open lol. if you are looking for something that's nice quiet and clean this is definitely the place for you!!

Great experience with Brooke. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Application was easy, even worked well on a mobile device. She did a great job getting me into my unit quickly and detailed every step in an easy to understand fashion. Price is good for the area and amenities like the pool and dog run are well kept. Overall, great experience.

I worked with Brandie from the time I scheduled a tour to the time I signed my lease. She was very helpful and had answers to all my questions. The office staff is personable and ready to help. The community is quiet and is very close to a lot of stores and other attractions.

I am currently a resident and I after reading all these reviews, I'm surprised. I never give 5 stars on anything unless it comes to the food category. Humans are not perfect, so don't expect every place to be. UPDATE 9/11/20 I have downgraded my review due to a lot of different events happening in the last 18 months. Security is hardly around, work-order jobs quality has been on the downturn, and snow removal from the front of the doors is consistently not getting removed. Update 07/19/21 Upgraded from two stars to now three. Property management has improved, work orders are getting better and in a timely response since they've hired more people. Snow removal could improve more, but still is lacking on a timely response for all entrances to my building in front and back. Update 10/09/22 Upgrade to four stars. Nice and quiet, property management is still really nice, but I don't one star because work orders are not done in a timely fashion. Must have less maintenance ppl in hand.

Easy and simple move in, staff was very helpful answering all my questions and providing me with information. Maintenance is also quick with the jobs. Cozy living space overall.

Absolutely amazing. Me and my wife have lived in this complex for 2 years going onto a 3rd and we have had a very positive experience. The maintenance crew is amazing, they're so quick to action, nice, and all around great. I'll put a request in and the next buisness day they're there and resolve the problem in a timely manner. I brought two of my longtime friends to come and live here when they were trying to find a place and they love it as much as i do. And the location is great. Me and my wife do not have a car and there is no problem there because a walmart, walgreens, and a couple other stores are just across the street. The rent is affordable and the people at the welcome center are super considerate and beyond helpful. When i was trying to get this all set up to live here they were super nice and friendly and any questions i asked they responded immediately. They made sure once i moved in i had everything from my power to my internet. Truly great customer service i would reccomend this place to anyone.
