After calling multiple businesses that offer tailoring services I’m so glad I found Cameo! I was looking for a “waist-stay” to be sewn into a dress and Cameo was the only place that new exactly what I was talking about. They got it done in a timely manner and the end result was just what I needed. Furthermore, they’ve been so easy to reach and communicate with especially Alicia it was the cherry on top of some already stellar customer service. I will definitely be going back to Cameo!

I went in to have my favorite Dolce and Gabbana dress dry cleaned and a knit Valentino bag cleaned. I haven’t received them yet but the service that I received by Alicia made me feel that I was in the right place. I literally have not cleaned my dress since I bought it because I was afraid that the cleaners would ruin it but Alicia took great care in checking my items in and thoroughly explaining the service. She also mentioned that my dress was in good hands…and I believe it. They’ll have to ship my bag to me and Alicia set that up for me as well. After speaking with her I just felt super reassured and actually excited to be getting my items cleaned.Services: Delivery

Alicia was so welcoming upon arrival. I had anxiety as this is my first time using a high end Cleaners and was worried about my Mackage coats. However, Alicia took the time to assure me that everything will come out as discussed and kept me updated along the way. Customer service is unmatched. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at Cameo. Professional, swift service they finished my alterations days earlier than expected the tailor was quick with fitting and very kind. I used Cameo Cleaners for over a decade while I lived in New York, and they were amazing. Impeccable cleaning, the best service, attention to detail, well worth the price. I've sent my nicest clothes there and they have never had a garment lost, ruined, or otherwise negatively impacted. The clothes come back looking better than when I bought them. If there's ever a question or issue, Henry calls me to check in or let me know what's going on. Now that I've moved to Washington DC, I STILL send my nicest clothes to Cameo whenever I can make it into NYC. The things I absolutely wouldn't want ruined. I’ve been to Cameo a handful of times for dry cleaning and have only experienced the very best service I’ve ever experienced in New York. I have brought in Dior Haute Couture and the attention to detail and care is beyond. I will never go to another dry cleaner. Also, Alicia at the front desk is absolutely amazing and very kind — she is thorough and spectacular.
