Honestly run far away as you can. If you think you're gonna pay 400 something a month guess again. Literally, the whole time i was living there i paid over 500. Also, there's one thermostat in the apartment and one of my roommates would turn it down to 65 every night. I complained of mold on the bathroom ceiling and all they did was spray. The mold kept coming back. Then, to top it off one of my roommates moved someone in with her and they were loud ALL the time, I told the front office about it but of course it was nothing they can do. You would do better staying on campus or getting your own 1 bedroom apartment.

at first campus crossings seems like a great place to live cause when when they give you the tour they like to charm and show you everything thats great about the place but in the long run you that isn't the case. a robbery and a gunshot happened during my stay and not one word about the gunshot was said from the office. the staff in the office are basically incompetent they think they tell you everything when in fact they don't repairs don't get fixed. just all around an awful to live and I can't wait to move out and get away.

I lived here for over three years, and I can say this is the worse place you can live at, it's a waste of money. The apartments are cheap as they come, and you'll have no privacy with the staff being able to come in and outta your apartment whenever they feel like. Each unit has damages that the front office only puts bandaids on before you move in. The front office at this place is full of people who don't know what they're doing, they don't care about the tenants, and when you walk into the front office you'll be able to see where the money gets spent. They're incompetent, and don't how manage outta a paper bag when I brought my work orders in. Only decent thing about this place is one good maintenance person, but the maintenance team seemed to be under paid. My advice if you're still living here is don't even take a tour here, your money is spent better places. These people don't know how to run this place. Most of the other reviews that are short and rate this place five star are more than likely fabricated by the front office, because that's not the truth at all.

The other residents are absolutely awful. There was someone that starting shooting out of their car window right outside of our apartment. We had stuff stolen from our patio more than once. There was an armed burglary in the next building. Someone stole my bike seat and the office only has cameras outside of the office. The residents above us were obnoxiously loud at all hours of the night. People left trash, used condoms and burning cigarettes in front of our door. People also let their dogs use the bathroon in the grass areas and wouldn't pick up after them. The public spaces aren't bad but they have gone downhill since I moved in. None of the TV remotes work, the pool table felt is screwed up, the chairs are messed up, and the card table is nasty. The gym is worn out, some of the treadmills were broken but I don't know if they ever got fixed. The furniture had cigarette burns and the apartment rooms were all shaped a little different. Only one room had a fan, some were missing furniture, mine had one really small window and it was hard to get enough light and one person had electrical panels that were really loud outside their window. The people in the office weren't bad and maintenance was actually pretty good for us but it is not like what they make it out to be and the show room was a lot nicer than the actual rooms (and I saw four or five other apartments here). Most of the problems are because of the residents (and a lot of them aren't college students like I thought they'd be) but I am not living here another year.

Unprofessional staff and inexperienced, stayed there because I had to. Got out as soon as I was able.
