I have lived here the past year and half,  This was the best apartment that I've ever lived in thus far. Yes it's a bit noisy but it's located in a College town. Management is very cool, polite and helpful. Its not built for a big family, but if your just starting out and are building your way up you should swing by and grab an application. Its a 700 ft sq building built it has brick walls to help during Hurricane and Tornado season. Maintenance has changed in the past 7 months, And the new crew is very accurate and on time with what you need done. And they will make sure that what ever is needed fixed is done.

Ok apartments! You get what you pay for. Very tiny apartments I don’t know how there is families of 5/6 living in a two bedroom! Yes there is roaches but keep clean and they will disappear. 
I did not like the fact that pest control with management will come in your apartment anytime they please! After two knocks if you do not open or aren’t home they will come in. 
About the mean/disrespectful neighbors I haven’t had any problems mind your own business and you’ll be fine. Yes there will be some trash but they have a guy everyday that cleans it.
I do not recommend for night shift workers nor if you have a newborn you will get no sleep with the kids screaming outside of your doors. 
Very peaceful at night but good luck getting a parking space after midnight.

This place was TERRIBLE. My husband and i put down the deposit on the apartment and when we went to move in it it was I FESTED with bugs. Not like one here or there (which I didn’t even want to see) it was INFESTED!!! So much so to where the lady that was working the front desk said it was an “awful lot of bugs” but refused to refund our deposit. This place is a joke and should be condemned.

•Roach infestation
•Horrible/loud neighbors(most of the building)
•Nothing gets fixed
•Robbed

I moved here because I thought it would be cheaper than everywhere else, but turned out the electric isn't free so add another $60-100 to whatever you will be paying. there's roaches everywhere, so much that I don't keep food in the apartment, and have to eat with the lights on, or roaches will get on your food WHILE you're eating it. the neighbors are disgusting so they aren't going anywhere. Not to mention that those neighbors are terrible people, and loud as well. the pest control is a joke, and nothing gets fixed, the kitchen light only sometimes works, and flickers constantly. did I mention I was also robbed?

Update:
Found roaches living inside my laptop for the warmth.
The dryers burned my blankets.
I washed my clothes only to come back down to the dryers out of propane, im out of clothes for several days.

After moving:
So those clothes i had in the washer were thrown away for me, thanks only 3 full loads. I was told I could get the security deposit back if the room was fine, but after getting a letter saying I wouldn’t I called, and was told if that I broke my lease, and wouldn’t be getting it back even though while i was signing the early termination form I COULD get it back depending on the state of the room. Homless now because i was counting on getting the money back, but its ok its only Christmas.

My father lives here.  The place looks run down and poorly maintained. The apartment has black mold that hasn't  been properly addressed. Grounds are riddled with trash. Someone in the complex through something over their balcony that smahed my dad's wife's car windshield. Black mold is dangerous and if not treated properly it is hazardous to ones health.
