Prices are good but the staff is rude with no sense of customer service. I stood there for 20 minutes at the parts counter waiting to be served. Guy looked at me a few times and kept doing his own thing. So I figured I should speak up... asked for assistance and the guy tells me to go see the other clerk cause he is busy. So I say thanks for nothing as Im walking out and the clerk tells me there`s like 13 people waiting to be served... there was NO ONE there! Does he see ghosts or something? Anyways, last time I go there... Id rather get scammed on eBay then to give them any business. AVOID!

Dont buy there. I ordered two callipers and the next day I called to know if they Received them, they told me they had them in stock and put them aside for me. Two hours later when I went to pick them up, they had sold them to someone else so I just wasted a whole day that I can’t drive my truck.

I have been going to CAPS for over six years. The staff at the parts counter are extremely knowledgeable and do not condescend when you ask basic questions, or are like me, a layperson who likes to fix my own car. They have never steered me wrong with parts and their customer service has been exemplary. Two of my top pics of parts counter staff are Gus and Ray (but they all are great) who have not only saved me hours by explaining the "right" way to do the job but the best car part pics for the jobs I had to do. They have just about every part you can imagine for your car all the way down to the fluids (oil, antifreeze, brake fluid and more) so it's a one stop shop. Their pricing is amazingly affordable and the after purchase support also fantastic...what more can I say but kudos to the staff of CAPS you have me as a loyal client!

Prices a very good for parts. Its always busy here. Not so good on organization.
