I’m not one to take the time to do many reviews, but when I do it’s because something outstandingly different occurred. Dr. Deems is a modern day angel, he accommodates his clients and personalizes his connection. So kind and professional. It’s extremely rare in this day of age and certainly outstanding. The team is amazing, to the funny and welcoming lovely ladies upfront..To his perfect dental assistant that was so kind and even held my hand during the numbing process. I appreciate the time they focus on explaining each action in simplistic terms so you’re not anxious. I had an extraction from a failed root canal from another dentist, Dr. Deems got me in immediately because he knew my pain. He prioritized me. Procedure was quick and shockingly painless. He even checked up post procedure to make sure I was okay, I’m speechless. I can’t thank the team enough and this review will never be enough. Bless you all and I hope people are lucky enough to meet you all. You have a client for life.

Not overrated, absolutely! The team of Cantrell West Dental helped me with their expertise in restoration of my biting abilities, literally. The uncomfortable treatments turned out to be a positive experience and a jump start to an immigrant and his family! And specifically, Ms. L, the Dental Hygienist. She has been and keeps taking great care of my gum infection issues which have lasted many years. What is your feeling when someone other than your parents goes extra miles to help with the issues severe gum infections you yourself have already given up? There are something beyond professionalism from Ms. L, I can tell. Her extraordinary efforts will change my dental hygiene habits for sure. And the positive effects upon me and people around will be transmissible. Dr Deems‘ solution to my dental conditions has been comprehensive, with the goal to help me with keeping my teeth there and better in health, and function as much as possible. I appreciate their help and will try to cooperate with them by doing a better job in taking care of my personal dental hygiene daily.

Everyone was so professional but also kind. They made the entire experience super pleasant. My entire life I have been terrified to go to the dentist. Today changed that! Dr. Deems, Donna and the entire staff are amazing. I was so relaxed I fell asleep while having major work done. I wish I could give more than 5 stars Wanted to give an update after my last appointment. I finally have a smile I am proud of. Thank you to Dr Deems and his wonderful staff. My visit on 11/2/2023 was great. My dental tech , think her name was Lucy was so pleasant and helpful. She explained everything she was doing and gave detailed suggestions for my home dental care. I love the folks at Cantrell West Dental 12/5/2023 As always the staff and Dr Deems provided professional and kind care. Dr Deems always takes the time to explain the care plan and strives to make the experience easy and pain free. I am thankful that my daughter found them for me.

I love this dentist’s office. They keep even the most stressful situations lighthearted and do a great job of keeping your mind off of the fact that ten fingers are buried in your face. In all seriousness, the anxiety I’ve always had going to the dentist was minimized when I found a good one. If you have been disappointed by other docs give Doc Deems a visit.

had a tough time with the gas i take when having my teeth cleaned.this was the most painfull teeth cleaning i have ever had,do not know what went wrong i allways get enough gas to make this a very painless experience.frlt like gas was leaking from the mask and gas ran out long before my teeth cleaning was complete.hope this was only a one time thing.i must have a thing about pain, i have always had to have gas to get my teeth cleaned,i am sure my next visit will be ok as i always get great care with my visits,

It was my first time at this clinic and everyone was so friendly. Starting at the front desk with Mrs.Silvya and Nicole. Thank you to Mrs.Lucy for the wonderful job she did in my mouth. This will definitely be my new dentist.
