Canvas Church

I love this church! Amazing staff, welcoming environment with a delicious coffee shop and so many smiling faces ready to dive into the Word! I especially like their, "we want you to like Canvas but we want you to love God" mentality. Being a Christian is such an amazing journey and while people will fall short of the His glory, God will never disappoint! Thanks for His tremendous sacrifice in Jesus Christ, we have such hope!

Me and my family just recently moved into the valley and have been going to canvas for about 3 months. Pastor Kevin and his leadership team are awesome and always looking for ways to further God's kingdom and to preach the Good news not only in Kalispell but abroad. To children's ministry and small groups to tasty coffee, you'll always feel welcomed and greeted with a handshake and a smile. If your looking for powerful spirit lead music to God given from the Bible scripture lead sermons, than than church is for you. Honestly come for a visit and pray about and see if this is the right fit for you. If not there are many great churches in the valley to choose from. Blessings!

I really think this church could offer alot. Unfortunately it seems as though pastor Kevin is more about entertainment then education. I have attended 10+ times and twice now he has brought up the Catholic faith and given incorrect information. Pastor Kevin if you read this. you have such a talent and God has blessed you. You bring people together and have a passion for Christ. All I ask is that you refrain from speaking on other religions if you are not informed on their beliefs. Their is nothing wrong with Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist, or non denominational churches. It's just God's way of giving different ways to hear his word. At the end of the day we all have the Bible and as a body of the church I try not to make religion fit my life but my life fit religion. One of those ways is accepting others ways in Christ and finding Grace in them as well.

Excellent church with great leadership. Prefect for families with young kids. Worship is dynamics and teaching is excellent. Would totally recommend!

Wake up people! This place is a joke! We went just to see what all the fuss was about. Very worldly church, with loud rock music. I couldn’t tell if I was in church or a rock concert. How do you “preach” on Godliness when I see none when I look around? You wouldn’t be able to tell if the people going here went to church. Whatever happened to wearing your Sunday best? Why has church become so casual? How does rock music glorify God? God is Holy! We are not supposed to be worldly we are supposed to be different. People should be able to look at us and know that we are Christians! The BIBLE says Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye seperate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 2 Corinthians 6:17-18. Also read 1 John 2:15-16. Read your BIBLE people! When did we stop bringing God’s Word to church?! Didn’t see ONE person with a Bible in their hand. Oh I know why because we don’t want anyone knowing we just got out of church! For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that beliveth Romans 1:16. It took 15 mins for the so called preacher to even put a Bible verse on his screen. I know a little bit about the Bible and everything about this place just stinks! I’ve talked to many of your people that go to this church and over half of them aren’t even sure if they are SAVED! That’s on you Preacher!!(Hebrews 13:17) Their blood is on your hands! Now I know why because you kept pushing getting baptized at your service. We all know that doesn’t save anyone from hell. Only the blood of Jesus can save us! The preacher that you had from Seattle didn’t ever preach on salvation or how to get saved and go to heaven all he talked about was giving money. While I will agree that is important to churches, but to have a WHOLE message on nothing but giving?! Come on man!! Quit leading your flock astray!! I sure hope the Pastor of this church reads this or anyone else that may think about going. Stay away! Find a church that preaches on being modest, godly, seperate, sanctified. Matthew 5:16
