Canyon Air Systems

I have been a customer of Canyon Systems for over 10 years. I made my original purchase of our A/C unit which Mike, the owner originally installed for us on a Sunday, Emergency Call at no extra charge. Since that time, every year during the month of July/August we have Canyon Air conduct a "health check" preventive maintenance service and I'm happy to report our unit is continuing to function great During this time, I have met many of the nice Service Technicians from Canyon Air. My specific purpose of this write up however is to express praise for Gerardo Tecorral, the technician who conducted the last Service/Repair a few days ago on Wed, Oct 19, 2022 . Gerardo, was prompt, professional, very patient, friendly and accommodating, but above all, he was effective - he diagnosed, identified and fixed the problem ion a flawless, time-effective manner. I cannot say enough about him, except that I highly recommend that Canyon Air management allow Gerardo to share his experience all train others as all. Thank you so much Gerardo p.s. - as a side note I would like to also give praise and express my appreciation to Robyn, who has helped me every year not only with scheduling appointments but also resolve any issues that required immediate attention. I highly recommend Canyon Air, a most professional organization
