Great place to live,friendly staff in the office that are willing to help. Not a very big property but has a lot to offer. Billiard room is very nice with a nice high end pool table, The pool is very nice and the pool deck is all new furniture that makes it feel really relaxing and cozy to just sit in the sun. They also offer a nice fitness center with 24hr access as well. Property offers nice 1 car garages as well as some attached to the home. This is a very welcoming property, family oriented and a great place to move your family to. Really good school district as well. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Predatory lease agreements, constant litter, general trash problems, bad management. The place is going downhill fast. I lived here for just over two years. They only offered us 9 month lease agreements. When it came time to renew they raised rent by 20% and then the next time they raised it around 17%. By the time we left they were asking $1600 for a one bed one bath on the third floor. It wasn’t just the price that was increasing, the quality of what we got in return dropped year over year. While cars were getting broken into at night they would send out emails reminding people that there was a camera by the dumpster and you would be fined if you were not breaking down cardboard boxes. Canyon Club went months at a time without grounds keeping and maintenance. Litter ranging from people’s junk they were too lazy to throw out to beer bottles and cigarettes strewn across the property became such a huge problem Neighbors constantly put out trash after the valet service had already come by, and not secured in bins. Raccoons would tear through the bags and make a huge mess that would be left for weeks before it was cleaned. I’ve never been happier to leave a complex. I highly recommend you take your search elsewhere.

The best place to live!! My wife and I have been living here for almost two years now, and we love it! From the beginning we knew we made the right decision moving in. The leasing office staff are professional, and willing to go above and beyond when it come to help their residents. They always reply our emails in a very expeditious way. They always listen to our concerns and you can see them taking action right away. Its unbelievable how great it is! The maintenance department is in another level! They have a really easy and user friendly app where residents can submit they maintenance request, if we have any! The amazing part its that its taking care right out way, and not in a cheap quick maintenance type of thing. The make sure when they leave the issue has been resolved and working properly. If you looking for an apartment, look not further because this is the place to live!

The staff is so easy to work with! The property is beautiful with lots of amenities and close to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

We have lived here for almost two years. From the beginning the people at the leasing office were very kind to us, we had to do the process remotely because we lived in another state, they made it much easier. Upon arrival, your kindness and continuous support have been one of the many aspects that we have loved about this place. Unfortunately, we have had some problems with some neighbors as can happen in any community, as we bring this concerns to the leasing office they always given them importance and priority to solve this issues and they always do it the most quickest way. Last but not least, the maintenance of the apartment is excellent, the maintenance team is very professional and quick with every request we have sent which honestly hasn't been many. From my own experience, I definitely recommend and would always recommend The Canyon Club apartaments to live.

Great place to call home. Friendly staff , great neighbors. Love the location and amenities offered, especially the gym . Best bang for your buck .

I moved to Plainfield 7 years ago. When I did, these were by far the nicest apartments in town. Management was friendly and cared, and most problems were solved timely. That is no longer the case. Current management seems content to let this place fall apart. Every day you live here, you will wake up to literal pieces of trash scattered all over the complex. The HVAC systems are outdated and need replaced, but instead, management will just send emails to everyone that you should just expect to be warm despite paying over $1300 a month for a 1 bedroom. Oh, and the rooms in your apartment? Don't expect them to be clean when you move in. We switched apartments due to multiple water leaks and mold issues in my old apartment which they did not fix, slapped a coat of paint over the mold and had people moved into a mold infested apartment within 3 weeks. When we moved, our allegedly "newly renovated" apartment had RAT AND MOUSE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE. There was mold and soap scum in our showers, the toilets were not clean, and the place was just trash. This complex is nothing more than a giant garbage heap, and you should absolutely never move here. If you move here, expect to be met with a passive aggressive immature manager who likes to literally LIE to her residents' faces, trash will become a daily part of your life, and never expect to have any problems fixed. This place is not worth the premium price they charge, and I say you should keep looking elsewhere.

Great place to be! Has an open grill for cookouts with a fireplace to hang out with friends. All right next to the pool!

Lived here 6 years. This place used to great, not so much anymore. Parking and trash piled outside compactor have been continued issues. Despite emails from office, they are continuing and getting worse. Perhaps if emails were sent in multiple languages, people would finally understand. Those same folks that can’t read and park in reserved spots are the same that throw their trash all over the complex. We’ve since moved, we could not take it anymore. Upstairs, the family has 8 people living there-and i believe 4 kids that do nothing but run all hours of the night and day.

We have been lived here going on 3 years. We enjoy are kitchen and bathrooms with a big tub. We injoy sitting on are balcony and relaxing watching the pool and sounds of the water fall. All the Amenities the gym, pool table, books to exchange and others things they have for us. It is just the start of this amazing place. People in are complex are very nice. We all watch out for each other. The lady in the office are very nice and make you feel welcome. If theres a problem with any Maintenance they get the work done fast.
