Excellent experience in both the weight-loss group and in the low impact aerobics class.  The only difficulty is the crowded room that the exercise class is in - there is so much furniture and equipment (that I have NEVER seen used) that exercising is a challenge without banging into something and hurting oneself.  The instructors from St. Francis are great!
