I got the move out deep clean special and the Capital Cleaning team did a great job. Everything was left spotless, they were prompt with communication, and disposed of everything afterwards. Great service, would highly recommend.
I’ve waited a minute to do this review, never feeling like I had the time, but here we finally are. Anyway, I hired Capital to come clean my home a while ago. I cleaned my home normally, but since I never had it professionally cleaned since being remodeled a few years prior, I was charged around $450 for the initial visit on the first floor, 1900 sq ft. The gals who came were really nice, but deep cleaned my house was not! I had to leave my husband to finish up with Capital and when I got back I was surprised, in the worst way. There were rings left from cups on my nightstand and the island, stains still on my cabinets, and handprints on the side of my island. My floors had some sticky spots on them and it just wasn’t what I was expecting from the “deep clean” I was charged extra for. But here’s the real kicker: I explained that I had a copper sink that needed special care. When I came home, it had been stripped and shined like a penny that is not supposed to happen so my $450 cleaning immediately doubled in cost from my copper sink being ruined and needing to be replaced. I got a text with a survey asking how the service was, to which I gave an 2, which is “could be better”. I got back a pretty snarky “well your husband thought it was fine” from the owner, which, let’s be serious here—he was working from home and…he’s a man. He probably glanced around and said “k, thanks”. So I explained my concerns to her and, to her credit, she did offer to have them come back and get all the spots I pointed out there were some more but I felt weird pointing out every freaking thing, so I stuck to the bigger ones. Needless to say, I canceled work with them and hired another gal…I can’t even tell you what a difference it is between companies. Initially, with Capital, there was a misunderstanding where the work was communicated to be a regular clean and I still wonder if that’s what happened. In any case, my cleaning lady’s regular clean is better than Capital’s deep clean at half the cost. They had—and obviously still have—great reviews, so I was hopeful. Don’t know if I caught all of these ladies on an off days or what. But I’ve had my gal for 2 years now and she’s like a part of the family so I feel okay about that!
I recently hired Capital Cleaning SLC for a thorough cleaning of my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was top-notch. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. Great cleaning, top notch service. Definitely a good decision.
We have just started with Capital Cleaning this year, and couldn't be more pleased. They are reliable and do a thorough job cleaning our house. They've also been great with our two dogs, which is a big plus for us.
In February I saw a post on Facebook by this company advertising a chance to win a free deep cleaning by posting a photo of your favorite room in your home. In exchange they would use photos from your home for advertising. They posted that I had won. I got a call from one of their employees to schedule the cleaning. I got an email confirmation the day before the appointment that showed a different time than what we had scheduled so I reached out to them to find out what time they were actually coming. I was told that they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to make that appointment at all so we rescheduled for two weeks later. I never heard otherwise so the morning of the scheduled clean I reached out and asked if they could give me a heads up of when they were headed my way. I work from home and have three little kids there with me and needed to make sure that things were picked up and we were out of their way. They told me that we would have to reschedule again because they didn't have a photographer lined up yet. Mind you this is within a couple hours of our scheduled appointment. I even recommended a photographer. We rescheduled again. I called to verify that they were actually coming and was told no that the boss had to go out of town. We rescheduled again. I reached out to verify that they were coming and was told No, that the boss was out of town again. I haven't heard anything since except random emails confirming appointments that were never scheduled with me and to which they never showed. Today - 4 months later - I got a call from somebody at their office asking again if we could reschedule an appointment for this week that I never set. This was a different person that I had previously spoken with, so l asked her to verify that it actually was a free cleaning and they were coming. She got back to me and said that no, they are not coming and that they don't have the revenue for the project right now and will get back to me. No thanks. Horrible management. Why are you advertising for a free cleaning or even discussing this project if you don't have the revenue to cover it? An utter waste of my time and your staff's time.
Hiring Capital Cleaning SLC to clean my house was a decision I'm thoroughly happy with. The entire process was exceptional from beginning to end. The team displayed utmost professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness. Their respectful and polite demeanor towards my home was commendable. The cleaning itself was remarkable, leaving my house feeling renewed and invigorated. The ease of communication stood out as well; from the straightforward booking process to their prompt responses and the follow-up to check on my satisfaction, it all reflected their dedication to customer service. Kudos to Capital Cleaning SLC!
I have had an extremely negative experience working under this boss. The inability to properly manage the company has led to numerous issues, including not paying employees on time, with checks frequently bouncing. There are constant changes in pay, which creates a very unstable work environment. The boss takes advantage of employees and is highly manipulative, often lying to cover up their mistakes. This has created a toxic workplace where trust and reliability are nonexistent. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
Bailey is amazing! Kindness along with efficiency. She will not let you down!
Wow! Just WOW! These gals are absolutely amazing! As a builder we have much to clean up and these girls knocked it out of the park! Like incredible work
The cleaning people are typically stellar but there is little to no consistency and thus the quality varies, less because of the labor and more because specific things are just are lost, like any mass produced product. Just this week I got a notice that one cleaner was sick and another that was scheduled hurt her back and so, I was out of luck. No cleaning this week. Just a text after I waited two hours for my cleaners and left the front door open. No offer to reschedule another day or some discount for an apology etc. as any service-centered business would offer. Lots of room for improvement but, again, the cleaning staff is always terrific.
