Pete, Susan, Liz and the whole team are fantastic! The place is always spotless and they are so knowledgeable and accommodating. I feel like they truly care about your well-being. I have recommended Capital Cryo to several friends who have gone and benefited from the services. I particularly enjoy the full body cryotherapy with an infrared sauna session directly after. I definitely look forward to my sessions when I can fit them in. I wish I could do it every day…it’s that good!

Very friendly staff...facility is a little wonky and you have walk out of the changing room barefoot out the common foot traffic area and then into your unit covered by a curtain that does quite offer privacy. The real reason I'm writing this post, and I don’t even write reviews, is the condition of the unit. I frequent one of the locations closer to my house A LOT, which is much friendlier to use...and cleaner. My unit's door didn't fully close so it didn't quite as hot as I like to sauna, there was salt build up on the salt panels , dust bunny's in crevasses, and the floor was dirty. Usually I'd just say something directly and not write a review, but SOMEONE looked inside this sauna and said good enough for a paying customer. Well dear someone, it's not. Happy to taken down my review once things are addressed.

Friendly staff. Great service. Been here three times and will continue to use Capital Cryo for recovery from my heavy workouts, fatigue, and stress relief from my busy job at Bethesda Chimney!!

My husband and I visited Capital Cryo for the first time yesterday; we booked an infrared sauna session. It was marvelous! We both felt relaxed and cleansed after the passive heat therapy. Pete, the gentleman who assisted us, was welcoming and pleasant. The sauna itself was clean, had bluetooth capabilities, and was equipped with chromotherapy lights. We've already booked another session : Update: July 9, 2022 My first visit to the studio was on June 30, 2022, and to date I've had six sauna sessions. My blood pressure and resting heart rate are lower than before which means my cardiovascular system is more efficient. My body is a bit more flexible, and my skin is glowing. And besides all that, it just feels so good to relax in the heat. When I get home, I take a cold shower...lovely. The studio is always in order and clean when I arrive, and the owners & attendants are helpful and friendly. I truly enjoy patronizing this business.

I'm impressed with the results from both the infrared sauna yesterday and just received a T shock facial today which left my face feeling tighter and glowing! I'm looking forward to returning for my next treatment.

What an amazing experience!! I don't like to be cold but I can handle 3 min, especially for the results!! I felt incredible after and for days! I also did a facial which left me glowing!!!! I love it so much I am looking into the monthly membership!!! A week later I tried the spray tan.... OUTSTANDING! I am not traveling for spring break but wanted a mini vacation!!! It's didn't smell or stain anything! The outcome was even and I look perfectly sun-kissed without the UV damage!! Woo hoo!! Can't wait to do all 3 of these services again and try the sauna!!!

I had a surprise visit at Capital Cryo Bethesda yesterday, May 18. The service was absolutely amazing for being a first timer! From the initial greeting, to the intake and overview, to the experience of whole body cryotherapy - it was just what was needed for a mid-work week break! As an active Orangetheory member, the cryotherapy was the perfect recovery treatment! I also had the best sleep of my life! I would highly recommended and return for future treatments. Thank you so much!

Our Capital Cryo experience has been 5 star! The staff is very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and there is easy parking. The treatments offered were exactly what we were looking for and getting an appointment when we need one has never been an issue. Special thanks to Liz for the reminders and for always finding an appointment time that works. I would highly recommend giving Capital Cryo a try!

My overall wellness has improved significantly since becoming a regular at Capital Cryo. Plus - the three minutes of cold is mitigated by the warmth, kindness and professionalism of the incredible staff here. Thank you!

Infrared sauna convenience / location is great. Great customer service and I love that they are open late.
