Please save your time, and don't waste it. Highly unprofessional staff, more specifically a young lady by the name of Shalika. She was very rude/pushy, and made a bogus excuse not to help, en route to incompetent service. Thanks but no thanks. Beware!!

I've been seeing Dr Richard Chasen as my provider for about 20 years and he's been really great.  I certainly trust him with my health care.  Scheduling appointments has been easy and pleasant.

They leave you on hold forever. COME ON
