I called a week in advance to schedule a dumpster drop-off. I called again the day before delivery to confirm. 330PM on the day of, no dumpster. I spoke with Chris all 3 times. He said the dumpster would be late but assured me I would have one that evening. It never showed up. Saturday morning I spoke with a woman and was told they had no dumpsters available. She said she didn't work the day before and wasn't sure why it wasn't delivered and offered no solution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are NOT reliable.

Please don't give your money to this company. My elderly parents had rented a 10 yard container to place some woods scraps from their yard.They said that the first 2,000 pounds plus container rental would be $350 and every additional ton would be $90. This 10 yard container was filled about half way with plywood. Afterwords, my parents received a charge for an additional $500 claiming that the container was filled with additional weight. This would be the equivilant of roughly 11,000 pounds for some plywood in a container has a max. capacity of 6,000 pounds. This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the elderly. In response to the owner's comment: it is a lie. Do not believe it. After getting off the phone with the credit card company, they agreed that you had claimed it was wood. It's horrible that you are trying to justify the behavior.

Decided to clear out my garage and needed a dumpster but didn’t know what size I needed, so I called Capital and they helped me get the right dumpster I needed. The driver who delivered the dumpster was very professional and quick. I would recommend Capital Industries to anyone who needs a dumpster.

Had to clean out my backyard and needed to rent a dumpster. I called and spoke to Chris in the morning and he was able to get me a 20yarder that afternoon. Will be using them again. Thanks guys!!!
