Why don't they have 1 line for quick transactions and one for longer ones. C'mon. 1 hour is ridiculous to wait for a withdrawal.

Be prepared for 2+ Hours waiting time. One representative and 15 customers to serve at 6-8 minutes each do the math.

This bank is the worst bank. They closed 3 branches in the area yet this one is short staffed!? How is that possible. Wait time here is ridiculous! All these stations yet there are never any employees. Switching banks!

Bank is too slow. Now they keep closing branches and the service still don't improve on Friday July 5th people were actually lined up practually out the door you know really now

Went there to open an account, there were 15 to 20 people waiting, but only one bank employee was helping, while other employees were just walking around.... I spent 2 hours there for no reason, I didn't get to open the account because I had to be at work at 4:00PM...

2 tellers with 15 people on line. Are you kidding me?! Oh and only 1 bank Representative with 6 customers waiting...

they are so nice and move as quickly as possible answer your questions and are very professional.
