Great coffee and hot chocolate, and love the half-price discount for Capital One cardholders. Cute, spacious seating area. Attentive staff and cozy atmosphere.
I am so very disappointed with this branch! I am Capital One client for more than 10 years and I’ve decided to visit this branch to get information of how to apply some money in CDs since I had no idea about how to do that, but the person showed ZERO EFFORT in helping me, just gave me a very cold shoulder and told me to look it up online!!! Unbelievable!! It makes me thinking because English it’s not my first language, this particular person thought that I didn’t have enough money to do business with them?!!! Really ?? Still minds like that in the world we’re leaving today?? Of course, I didn’t look it up online, just chose another bank that treated me with the respect I deserve and my money is well applied now! Horrible customer service!! Never again! Im thinking about cancel my credit cards.
Ashley and Sammy are amazing. They help me navigate a pretty unpleasant situation. I appreciate how they both when above and beyond to get a solution for my situation.Food: 5/5
Nice place with great coffee table games and an opportunity to take a loan from Capital One. Enjoy all of these things except the last one. There are two ATMs inside in case you need some cash. Free wi-fi and two restrooms. The best seats are near the windows but those at the big long table are great too.
Great place to hang out and grab a cup of coffee and even better if you’re a Capital One customer. On top of getting good bank customer service you also get 50% off of coffee if you pay with a Capital One card. If you live in the city or frequent this place often it’s worth opening an account and keeping some cash in there just for the discount alone.
Really good spot to work at, not so crowded and comfortable. The chocolate croissant I bought was way to greasy but just for the comfort that this place proposes, I will keep my grade that high. Also, employees are nice!
Neat idea to combine banking with coffee. Hopefully this is a concept that catches on and other banks experiment with. The coffee itself was solid and affordable; the discounts with a Capital One card make stopping by super worth it.
Great place to do work with fast internet, excellent coffee and free private rooms to have short meetings. There is a flatscreen for presentations too.
Nice atmosphere and coffee shop. Staff was very friendly. Good discount with Capital One card.
The cafe is always busy with a variety of individuals working from the tables, nooks and crannies. This can make it difficult to find a spot so don't be afraid to ask if you can share a space or table. There's a Peets coffee shop inside which is a pretty decent chain coffee shop. The service is responsive and generally upbeat. When they messed up my order once they gave me a free drink card without me even asking, which was nice. Overall it seems like a decent spot for coffee, personal meetings or working remotely.
