Capitol City Fencing

Billy came out and did my fence last year. He did a great job. Communication was excellent. Then……. This year he came out and did a quote in early March. I called him on a Sunday and he was out the same day to do a quote. Was told I could have a fence soon. Three months have gone by. I have been told weekly that I am next project. Three different dates I was told someone was coming out. No one came to my house those days. Would be told I would be called 5 minutes later and then don’t receive calls for days. Only communication is when I would call or initiate. Still waiting on fence and call back. Super disappointed in lack of communication when it was so awesome last year. Now looking to go spend more money on another contractor just to get this done. Update: I showed this review to Billy and he got back to me in minutes. Said he would come out the next day. He came out the next day. Took a picture in front of my house and left. Sent me a text saying he was there. I go outside and he was gone. Said he would be back 3 hours later. He didn’t come back. He didn’t communicate with me at all. It is now 4 days later and I am no longer giving him opportunity to take this post down. It is super frustrating because I gave him referral business last year and have recommended him. This post and bad review would have been avoided with simple communication.Service: Chain link fence installation

Billy and his crew did a great job on our fence. He met us quickly to give a quote and was average in terms of pricing but we hired him because he is very personable. He was accommodating as the weather constantly changed and eventually got the job done the next week after the rain stopped. I only gave him 4 stars because he is less communicative than I would like. His work is top notch, and we are so happy to have the fenced area for our dog. Great quality and looks amazing. Caring, professional and efficient overall.
