I am a new patient at Capital Orthodontics, but I must say that I’ve felt a really warm welcome from everyone in the office. Tifani, who was the first point of contact was super helpful and accommodating even before I made it into the office my first time. Kelly was also very kind and welcoming and made my x-ray process very smooth. Dr. Schwartz is a personable orthodontist who listens to his patients and provides different options to give his patients well-rounded information and a clear timeline. He also took into account the issues with my previous orthodontia treatment, and I felt greatly considered both personally and financially by how he choose to move forward with my treatment. He and everyone in the office are thorough and truly want what’s best for the patient. Even through their masks, I can sense their smiles and genuineness. I’m looking forward to continuing ny orthodontic treatment journey with Dr. Schwartz and his staff!

Dr. Andrew Schwartz is the Best Orthodontist in the DMV area I believe! Not many orthodontists in the area are board certified, only the very few top % of orthdontists can be. I have my braces done already and very happy with my new smile! All his staff are great too, very customer-oritented serices! Highly recommended!

Dr.Schwartz always provides a caring and professional experience. He’s great with kids and treats my son and daughter with the utmost care. The staff is highly trained and the practice is outfitted in the latest innovations in orthodontics. I highly recommend him!

I appreciated how Dr. S. quickly diagnosed the source of my mouth irritation and was able to propose a modest intervention that did not entail extensive and expensive orthodonture. So far his remedy has been very effective.

I visited Dr. Schwartz on the referral of another dentist who thought I might need some orthodontics to make space for some restorative work. He took a significant amount of time to review my X-rays, mouth photos and did a thorough exam of the areas involved. He showed me some very helpful animated videos of various procedures. All to determine that I really didn’t need his services. I came in fearing long-term and expensive treatment and left with a bill for $0 and a promise to call the referring dentist and explain that orthodontics were likely not necessary. God forbid I ever actually need orthodontics, but if I do, I’ll be seeing Dr. Schwartz.

I am looking forward to have Dr. Schwartz and his office handling my orthodontic care. His staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I made my first appointment. Dr. Schwartz is personable, takes the time to make sure you understand the care he is going to give, and gives recommendations to other offices for procedures he does not handle. Overall, my experience has been great so far.

Dr. Schwartz was recommended to me by a friend for a consult. He was thorough, personable and weighed the benefits as opposed to the minuses of getting braces. In the end, he did not recommend braces. His staff was very well organized , cheerful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend him.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Schwartz' office. Each and every person in that office treats you with respect, kindness, and earnest care one would expect from a orthodontist office of yore. I was completely taken aback with how knowledgeable everyone was, especially Dr. Schwartz. He took his time, answered every question I had, and created a detailed and personalized plan for orthodontic wellness for me. I would unabashedly recommend him to everyone in the DMV seeking orthodontic care for themselves or their loved ones. He has certainly earned my family's trust, and business for the foreseeable future.

I came to Dr. Schwartz the first time because I was grinding my teeth and had noticed a small gap between my two front teeth. He made me a retainer to close my front gap and a nightguard after to stop the grinding. Both of which were very successful! Dr. Schwartz is very knowledgeable and patient! He is friendly, calm and funny! I felt that he was realistic on time frames and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. Instead he really educated me on best steps and showed lots of examples on different treatment plans and how they could help with my bite issue. His staff is beyond friendly, willing to help with all insurance forms and claims no matter how many mistakes you make with them!! and tries really hard to get you appointments when you need them. Molly in particular was so helpful with my insurance claims! This practice has two locations, both of which are easy to get to and have ample parking! I am so happy I found this practice that I have switched here for all dental work as well!! Yes here is a dentistry side as well!! Thank you to capital orthodontics for always taking care of me; my family and I will be forever patients of yours!

The office professionals were all knowledgeable, welcoming, and personable. The environment was absolutely beautiful. Best of all, Dr.Schwartz is very thorough in his initial exams which I feel is everything! As an added plus, given there is definitely an "art" to teeth...I appreciated Dr. Schwartz for having such lovely, and fun art around the office. Very nice touch.
