Captain Cook Barber Shop

Nice shop. Haircut was good. Hidden on a lower floor of the Captain Cook Hotel which makes it hard to find. A little pricey but this is sorta normal Anchorage upcharge.

Marylin gave me a great haircut, high fade.

The woman that works in there absolutely butchered my haircut. I asked very politely for a fade. She had no idea what she was doing and the only thing she did right while I was in there was give me the haircut for free, basically because she knew how bad of a job she did. I would never recommend anyone ever go there.

I have been going here for a couple years, it's the only place I trust to get my hair cut. Staff is friendly and skillful.
