Captain Max King's Marine

These guys saved my butt. I needed the boat in the water yesterday! I'm the guy that gets the job 95% there and then screws it up and has questions. These are the guys that had the answers. They took my unfinished job and fixed up my lower unit within an hour. I can't say enough about these guys, love them.

Lots of excuses and a job half done. Super unprofessional jokers running service and some money wasted. You'd be better off fixing your stuff yourself. Even if you work fast food, you still have YouTube. I'd have rather given them my money than these clowns. The "service writer" first asked if my boat even ran (it does) and then scolded me on the phone for being a bad customer because of my dissatisfaction. This dude shouldn't be in charge of answering phones let alone the service dept. If I could vote 0 stars, I would

By far the best dealership and repair facility in the southeastern Virginia region. I have dealt with many others over the last 15 years and this was easily my best experience yet. Purchased a new Yamaha, controls and steering for an older boat and this was a case of best price, best service and best communication throughout the project. Moved to the desert without time to sell my boat. Captain Max picked it up from storage, cleaned it up, posted it, found buyer, completed sale, removing all stress from my move. Very pleased with their service.
