Informative, quick, honest and thorough. The customer service was above and beyond. They give consistent updates and maintain a high level of integrity. After fixing the collision damage, Car Crafters fixed my A/C on my new vehicle from rodent damage free of charge when the dealership would've charged me almost $1,700. I have lived in multiple states the past few years and they are easily the best. I highly recommend Car Crafters.

I got rear-ended the other day. The other party's insurance was Geico. I was given a list of folks to choose from to have the repair done. I chose Car Crafters. They were super easy to work with. Their automated system kept me posted on the repair progress, and it was done much sooner than expected. Folks were super nice, and they have an Enterprise car rental office on site so I could get my rental - also covered and coordinated by Geico - all in one fell swoop. Very convenient. Highly recommend!

The staff at this Car Crafters are always professional, courteous, and go above and beyond. We have had our cars repaired three times due to different weather related incidents and we were always kept well informed regarding our vehicles. Once we received our vehicles back they were cleaned and detailed to look brand new! I can't recommend this location enough! Thank you Ken and Devyn!
