I can’t speak highly enough of everyone here. After my daily driver broke down beyond repair, Courtney was my main point of contact and guided me through every step of the process. She was able to get me a ZERO money down financing option on a great 2018 Mirage with VERY low mileage. I couldn’t be happier. I came in, they had my paperwork ready to sign, the car detailed and washed, and I was in and out within 90 min. That’s insane. The entire staff was friendly and I love my car. Thank you, Courtney and Carsmart. This was by far my best car buying experience and I would recommend anyone to use this dealership. Fantastic experience!!!
Can I set up a time to review that footage? Because that is absolutely inaccurate. The front desk told me why they locked the optima, “safety concerns” so obviously they did touch the keys.. It’s also clear you remove bad reviews, since my original review was removed, which is bad business practice. And for you to lie like this on a review is really not okay. Invaliding a customers genuine and truthful experience is not the way to go, I will be calling on Monday to set up a time to review the footage. Thanks It appears my original review was taken down, so I will repost because my experience was absolutely unacceptable. Take your money somewhere else! Walked in today Friday April, 22nd to purchase a car CASH, my previous car was recently totaled out by insurance and I was trying to get back on the road. No one greeted us when we walked in the door, they all just stared at my mother and I. I ended up having to ask, “do I just walk myself out there”, they said yes. When we walked out to the lot, which all the vehicles were BEHIND a gate. I walked up to a beautiful Kia Optima and they locked the door while I was trying to look at. Walked to another vehicle, same thing. Mind you, there was a tall gate surrounding the lot. I came inside and asked, was that Optima not for sale? They said all of them are for sale. When I asked why they locked it they said safety concerns. As a person of color, that was extremely offensive and completely prejudice and rude. Some training is definitely needed. As a highly educated and well paid individual, that treatment was just uncalled for. And explains why the place is always empty.
From start to finish I am still in shock. I've been to my share of dealers and by far this place is 100% worth going to... Let's start with Addison - I tend to do most my research online and came across their site, entered some basic info and within seconds I'm getting text messages from what I thought was a robot. I asked a question and almost immediately got replied to, thought there was no way this is an actual person due to the promptness of the initial conversation. I finally realized this was a real rep due to the types of questions being asked. Addison was simply put AMAZING, extremely polite and professional, she took care of all the initial details helping me find the car my son wanted. The next morning my son and I showed up at the lot. We walked around for a few minutes simply comparing the cars to the one he picked out and shortly after Lindsay another rep walked out with this big smile on her face asking if I was Matt and handed me the key to the car my son was wanting, told us to feel free to open it up, look it over and even drive it around the lot to see how it rides. I've never been to a trusting dealer like this. Sure enough my son feel in love with his new Jeep, so we headed in to their office. Between Ted and Lindsey, they made the paperwork process almost too easy. I typically spend at least 2-4 hours with a regular dealer with all the going back and forth as well as the paperwork, but my son and I showed up at 9 am and we were driving off the lot at 10 20 minutes of that was me on the phone with my insurance company getting coverage I can't brag enough about this place, no pressure, no haggling prices, no let me go check with my manager, if I had a question they had the answer, it was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this place. Thanks again
By far the best experience I have ever had! Jon and Ted both were phenomenal... my car had a little trouble so I called they took it right in at my convience.convince.. waited a couple days.. then go back and pick it up because the work was done and they filled my gas tank up!!! They literally went above and beyond, Tyee the service tech was amazing too!!! I will defintly be buying more cars from them! Also I literally went and picked up the car to buy it and was done within 15 min max! Fast service, professional and caring!!!
After online inquiry, Addison immediately reached out to me wanting me to fill out an online application, encouraged me to add my wife for better approval chances. Participated in what appeared to be good communication. After I submitted, last text said, "I'll text you soon. That text never came. Next day, tried to call dealership. That was a terrible experience. Phone hangs up on you over and over again. Tried from another line and it went through, after 100 rings I hung up. I messaged Addison back to tell her never mind, no response. An hour and a half later she messages me, "left at 5 when we close, didn't have an answer, when you said "Never mind" is there a different way to respond to that? My response: Apologize for no follow up, let me know it will be tomorrow, or let me know I was not approved, doesn't take that long to get an approval or denial. Her response was, "ok." No apology, no offer to check on my status, just "ok." Still cannot get through to the dealership. I would have given this 0/5 Stars if it would have let me. She finally responded, "Not going to apologize for going home to my family, go ahead and write your review and we'll respond accordingly. Called and spoke with the Owner, Ted Seemed nice enough, but chose to defend his employee's poor customer service choices. Takes less than 10 seconds to send a Text message, "hey it will be tomorrow before I can get a decision, I will follow up in the morning." Glad this place has worked out for other people.
I purchased the first of two cars from Car Smart in 2012. It has served me well and now it needs to move on. Purchased my second today. Thanks to Addison who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for tirelessly answering my constant barrage of questions for the last 2 weeks! You are SO appreciated. And to Ted and the rest of the staff... thanks for hand picking quality vehicles and offering nothing less. I have and will continue to recommend you all to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience amid the stress of making such a large purchase. I’m grateful for the casual atmosphere and terrific senses of humor! Oh... and thanks for the great car too!
Fantastic place to get a car!!! Was shopping around due to poor credit and this place was awesome!!! They make it so easy!!! We filled out the credit app online went in checked out cars test drove and filled out paperwork love how straight foward they are with there prices instead of the game other dealerships like to play. We have had our car for almost 2 months now and are so happy with it!!! Definitely save yourself sometime and check this place out first so worth it!!!
Awesome people... My wife and I dealt with Josh and he was amazing. Not one push of any vehicle. We went in thinking on getting an elantra but fell in love with a Toyota Corolla and a Kia Optima. Walked out happy and in love with the deal. ALL of the team is wonderful and will bend backwards to get you in a car or truck you not only like but love... Thank you Josh and the team. So much.
Addison was excellent. Best car buying experience by far. Fast and friendly. The answered all my questions and where very friendly.
Jolene was awesome! Came in to see what inventory was available and to talk about trading in my old 2002 Explorer. I still owed quite a bit of money on it, but that didn't seem to matter to CarSmart! They hooked me up with a brand new ride after getting me approved. $0 down! Both my wife and I have now purchased cars here and we both would use them again!
