I don’t normally leave reviews but very impressive with the service Travis and his team provided at the car toys! Really surprised I was able to get all that I did for the price! If you have an old-school CD player you will be surprised on how advanced everything has become! The hands-free voice call is my favorite! Also the back up camera is a huge bonus! Your phone links right up to the system easily! No more boring radio! Thank you Travis! awesome store!
Such a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff. I was on an extremely tight deadline, and they were easily able to accommodate me. They managed to redo my entire sound system faster than they quoted, and they still managed to do excellent work. Highly recommended to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle sound system.
Car Toys is in fact a better way to go. Somebody drilled a hole in my truck’s gas tank and stole all the gasoline out of it $100 worth of gas, in the process they also spilled several gallons onto the street. Showed up to Car Toys asking what kind of security system I would need to prevent this from ever happening again and they knew right away what to do. Price for parts and installation was incredibly reasonable, and now if anyone comes within 1 foot from my truck the alarm goes off. I LOVE IT! Sales team was very knowledgeable and they provided great service. I look forward to working with them in the future.
Bought a stereo on July 8th. Was told it would be in in 3 days. Needless to say I didn't get it until week later with no phone call it was in I happens to drop in. When I went in to pick it up I explained what happens and they took care of me. Dropped my truck off at 0900 was told 2 hours it will be done and sure enough they had it done just a little over 2 hours. Works great. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Will be back on a later date for my amp install.
I liked the service and immediate installation of the stereo after the purchase. Hard to find that quality installation now a days. I would like to recommend Car toys to anyone looking for automotive stereo equipment. Thanks again for the quick help.
I used to really enjoy the customer service at this location. I have an interlock in my vehicle so I stop by at least every 2 months, sometimes more like every 2 weeks. I had to have my vehicle towed in one evening for a service. The tow guy had showed up right at the end of my 2 hour window so we arrived just beforeclose. I did not realize the hours had changed. I was told they couldn't help me because they couldn't see the mileage on my vehicle and literally tossed the device on my passenger seat and shut the passenger side door while I was still speaking. I gave them 3 stars because almost every other time I have been there, the customer service has been at least decent.
I went to Car Toys to get my windows tinted. I've wanted to do this for a long time. They didn't disappoint me. My car looked great and I'm happy to have the added protection from the sun. I recommend their service to others!
They did everything correct and it sounds very nice but it also took them 7 hours to put in a stereo and 4 speakers. Also they said the truck wouldn’t start because of a kill switch even though it started just fine for me that day and started good when I got in it after the service
Detail looked great when it was all said and done. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because when I initially took it in, I got there at 9am right at open. They said they would need it most the day but it should be done by 6pm they close at 7. I got a call from one of their reps at 5 saying the original person went home early and they needed to keep it until the morning… he also wanted me to tell him everything that was included and didn’t know what to do!? I told him everything was included, i didn’t know the exact package details because they didn’t write it down for me, I don’t work there, and it wasn’t on a receipt, but for almost $700 inside and outside… it had everything but wheel ceramic to my knowledge. I called them the next morning, about an hour or so after opening and they say that now need it all of the 2nd day as well, because the first crew didn’t do a good job and they want it done right. I appreciate them wanting to do it right, but that should be standard practice for the amount paid. It definitely messed up my weekend plans, had to cancel and reschedule a bunch of things. They apologized, were friendly, and the car looked great, but for the extra time double estimated, hassle, and overall inconvenience they should’ve offered a partial refund or account credit or something.
I have an older vehicle that needed a key fob, alarm and cd receiver... this was no problem for these guys. installed in good time and nice and clean. definitely will be back for better speakers and window tint at a later time.
