SPECIAL NEEDS FOOD MIXTURE
4 cans mixed veggies (unsalted preferred)
1 whole chicken or you can just use pieces
2 lbs. brown rice
Boil the chicken & pull into small bite-size pieces.
Cook the rice per instructions on package.
Mix all the ingredients together & let cool.
Place in quart size Ziploc freezer bags.
