Friendly staff, excellent service, no sales pressure, “talk to manager”, or see finance manager stuff like that. Facility is not your average car dealership, it looks modern and set up is like a coffee shop! Teddy was the associate who helped me navigate the process , great guy, very polite, and manager was Reggie, again very professional, friendly and helpful. I’m not a stranger to buying cars in old fashion way and doesn’t bother me at all.However this experience was unique and i was happy with the process. I would say that a high school kid can feel comfortable to walk in and buy a car from them, that’s how easy they made it! The only thing actually 2 that I would have liked to see this is my personal preference, still 5 star is that, car wasn’t detailed /clean properly as you would expect when you buy from a dealer it was late evening and dark perhaps they rushed, literally I wiped off dust and have to take it to have it detailed. 2- it’s customary when you buy a car from dealership even in private sale it should go with a full tank of gas. It’s not a big deal , but small details make a lot of difference. If you are thinking to buy a vehicle, look at their inventory, they have good cars in great condition/shape, prices are also competitive/attractive. Oh, there is no negotiation price you see price you pay + tax, tag and registration to the last cents! Overall 5star

Had a very pleasant experience. Reggie the manager is very welcoming, Jordan Harris was our associate we dealt with. Very pleased with the whole process, ended up with the best vehicle at the best price comparative to the other dealers and locations we had gone to and researched. Worth the hour plus drive.

If there are 10 points, I would give 10/10. I was planning to sell car and communicate with at least 10 dealers. Through Carwiser, I found Echopark eventually. They offer the most remarkable and professional service. Above all, their service is fast, no dragging. Unlike other dealers, their offer is competitive and honest. I really admire and appreciate them. Finally I have a nice and satisfying process of trading with them, especially after bad experience with other dealers.

EchoPark was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! We drove two hours to the Baltimore location because we just couldn’t beat the prices here compared to other dealerships. The facility itself is beautiful equipped with games, beverages, and a lounge area. The whole buying experience was so relaxed. We worked with Jordan Harris who made the experience so enjoyable! He was so knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely be buying from EchoPark again!

EchoPark exceeded my expectations today! The car buying process can be so tedious and exhausting, but these guys made it a breeze. Adam was amazing! He wasn’t pushy and he gave time to decide what I wanted to purchase. The whole team there was warm and friendly! The atmosphere is so laid back. I highly recommend!

One of the best experiences yet. Great environment...nice and clean...very customer service focused. The transaction associates aka salesmen make the process seamless...they don't waste your time haggle free and are very professional but down to earth. Looking for a vehicle is like hanging out with friends. Reggie, Raphael, and Danny are amazing Give them a raise and I HIGHLY recommend them! In other words ask for them personally for assistance. We financed through our credit union and the EchoPark team worked with us to ensure there were no issues. It was a great experience..my daughter left with a great car, low mileage, and a great price. When I tell you there are alot of pushy dealers in Baltimore, you can trust me. They are NOT like that M. Parker was my associate he sat with me and we talked like long lost friends. The experience was incredible. I made a friend 4 hours spent checking out their inventory and selecting the car that both met my needs and wants. By far the best car buying experience I've had in my 25 years of having a license. I could brag about this dealership for hours because they are that good. Car was $3k below TMV. If you are in the market don't go anywhere else they have cars for every budget and 2 locations to choose from. They should be the only choice on your list for buying your next pre-owned vehicle. Love these guys. And the service dept Smitty is a class act. 1 item needed to be replaced loaner provided quick turn around and the experience left me thinking there isn't anything I would have done better. Carbiz is Number 1!
