This is a great place to go if you want your identity stolen, or if you're a smooth talking man and you need a dishonest notary. Windy Hagerman will notarize a woman's signature for a man, no ID required I guess. The owners are so helpful too. So is their "Office Manager" Karen who will deny any management responsibility over the notary there, but won't give up the name of her manager. Huh. Based on my experience there, there is no supervision of the agents and no response when they break the law. This place rocks if you want to spend days and $$ sending out ID theft paperwork.
