Reservation number WA16171162-1. I hope management will take action on this unruly behavior by their driver. I am a Cardiologist and was going to present in Colorado Springs. The driver SCOTT was egregiously rude. First had no idea where I was going then was not available at the pick up site on return. After waiting for a while in the windy cold weather with my colleagues I had to text him to come pick me up. Home was 1.5 hrs away and it was 8:15 pm and I had finished with my presentation and had carried out my salad dinner to eat during the drive which I routinely do as I am obviously unable to eat and present at the same time. . He opened the windows on a cold night in Colorado saying I was smelling up the car with my dinner. Would not roll them up until I put away my half eaten dinner. Never experienced this from a limo company before. I have informed my company to never use this limo service again.
The driver in a Cadillac Xts with licence plate number: Carey 6 . Is very aggressive, cut me off at the airport , almost hit my car and then showed me the middle finger, Wednesday around 3 PM
Never showed up to the airport to pick up passenger. Tried calling dispatch number for assistance and no one answered the phone after calling over 10 times. Mailbox was full so couldn't even leave a message. Quite possibly the worst chauffeur experience imaginable. I took Carey car service from Laguardia to a town in Long Island recently. They charged me twice as much as a local equivalent. I will shop around before I ever use Carey again. And the driver though he was a race car driver on the Long Island ExpresswayNegativeProfessionalism, Value
