As an employee,i love the gym and wash bay when our personal vehicles sit there the full week at the parking lot, it's cool. I like the vending situation...it's totally free and open and that shows trust to CT's to their employees to be in full integrity.

My husband worked here for almost 3 yrs and everything was ok until he turnt down a load that nobody else wanted and his dispatcher boss said he can’t train any more all cause he turnt down a load that everyone did! Then my house catches on fire and Cargo says my husband is lying! Nobody has to lie about something so painful! Instead of Cargo asking are we ok they say he is lying! I wish I could post pictures of my burnt up kitchen since someone has to lie! Then let’s not forget when my husband changed his withholding status HR never changed it and they sent him a paper form tax form that wasn’t even updated with the correct year! Most companies do payroll electronically! Cargo has a high attrition rate and will always have one cause management doesn’t know how to run a business! My husband loved his job but u can’t make someone drive in frozen ice cause everyone else turnt it down! I’m a supervisor and I would never treat my employees with such disrespect especially when they lose everything and u ungrateful individuals don’t care!
I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND NOBODY TO WORK HERE IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY OR CARE ABOUT LIFE!
OHHHHHHH and they only pay $50 for layover!

Great company to work for. Great pay, miles, benefits. Lots of drop and hooks . Treat you like a person. And I always know what Im doing next. I just had a load canceled a few days ago ( was the shipper not Cargo). Cargo made it right without me asking. Would recommend to any driver. Also they give us Bose seats, free Xm radio, refrigerator. They offer satellite tv for a low low price. Thank you Cargo Transporters

CARGO IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FOR AND OTR IS GREAT AND THIS DEDICATED ACCOUNT IS ALSO GOOD IM ON NOW ,,,HOME EVERY DAY FOR THE MOST PART. THEY DO KNOW YOU BY NAME AND TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT....SOMETIMES SOME THINGS DO CANCELL BUT THATS TRUCKING....THEY LOOK AFTER THEIR DRIVERS AND GET YOU HOME ON WEEKEND AND PAY IS GREAT!! THEY DONT HAVE YOU STRUGGLING AND STRESSED OUT ON THE ROADWAY!!! THEY ALSO JUMP ON THEIR TRUCKS WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS AND GET YOU BACK ON THE ROAD. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME BACK AT CARGO AND WOULDNT TRADE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING ALL THESE OTHER COMPANIES LIE TO THE DRIVERS BUT NOT CARGO!!!! Best company hands down to drive for! If you have any issues or problems all you have to do is tell them and they honestly try everything in there power to help! Wouldn't drive anywhere else OTR. And the benefits are great as well.
