It's comfortable, small, and friendly. There's super nice air conditioning too! Hahah, which is nice on a hot day. The drink I got is the Caribou Vanilla Cooler. It's not too sweet - refreshing for coffee lovers who want something cold. They have a seasonal Matcha Tea Cooler with Bubbles that I want to try next time. CON: The parking is limited 6-7 spots. Don't get towed y'all.
Nitro Foam coffee was awesome wish I got a bigger size and the Lumberjack sandwich was decent. Great spot to get on the go. Will definitely be back for the coffee.
Today was my second day visiting this location, in fact this would be my 2nd visit since I moved away from Atlanta back in the fall 2009. On June 28, 2021 I visited this location 10th St and Piedmont Ave. I had a great experience, the staff was not only friendly but knowledgeable about the products and services available at Caribou Coffee. In fact, I was so impressed with this place, I told the staff I would come to this coffee shop over Starbucks. While. I was in the store this morning, there was about 3 or 4 staff that were working at this location. I was in the store for quite sometime, before anyone greeted me or even said hello.I earned a beverage reward that could be any drink any size. So I said I would get the drink and give it to someone. Next, the gentleman that was at the counter said that I wasn’t allowed to give my drink away, and he then said I was Soliciting. He was very rude, condescending, Arrogant. I felt very uncomfortable and belittled. After. This incident, I will never visit this location ever again.
Amazing service, Amazing coffee, Amazing atmosphere. Overall just amazing experience. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly Parking: Good amount of parking
This is my first time at Caribou and I was not disappointed. Im super excited to use my gift card! All of the baristas we're friendly. The coffee and hot cocoa were both tasty. I was trying to figure out what's different about their products. They seem to be more authentically sourced. My only quam was the cleanliness of the place. The women's restroom and lobby could use some attention. LGBTQ friendly.
I went there last Sunday October 16th. I had a Matcha Frappe because I was hot from walking. It was sweet and refreshing. I usually get coffee. Caribou Coffee is the only coffee that compares to WaWa coffee in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. I've lived in GA for 9 years. Caribou made my first coffee when I moved here, and it's still the one I prefer in Georgia. The employees were welcoming and gracious. I have a neurological sensory disorder that makes me cringe and twitch a lot. They were kind and treated me like everyone else, which I deeply appreciate. Vegetarian options: They have muffins Parking: There's a very small parking lot for patrons.
Came here on a beautiful Saturday morning and I loved it. My cousin had a breakfast sandwich and we both had cold coffee blends. I can't remember what I ordered but it was so delicious I asked the cashier what her name was because she recommended it. Thank you to Tie because she was so hospitable and made my trip to Atlanta that much more pleasant. She was a sweetheart, all smiles and genuine. The place is also very quaint with chill vibes. Not very bright and not dark, it was cozy, quiet and perfect. It also has an outside dining area. People come here to chill, study, enjoy some quiet time alone and a good overall experience with a tight team and delicious coffee. I appreciated their cleanliness as well. I'm glad The Flying Biscuit was too busy because I never would have known how good this place really is. It is definitely a much more intimate spot. I highly recommend Caribou Coffee to anyone visiting Atlanta. Ask for Tie she adds a positive spark to your day. 4.5 stars because their sandwiches don't really come with any sides and will never satisfy me because I need much bigger food portions when I eat. Can't wait to come back when I'm back in town.
Caribou Coffee is so delicious! The baristas were all very welcoming and kind, the store is super cute, and the coffee was delicious! I hope to visit again! Highly recommend the turtle mocha, I got it iced because it was so warm outside, and it was great.
Cold pressed coffee was okay, but what had me was I walked up to the register and the girl didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Seems like she was trying to sign out of a register or something but her customer service was TERRIBLE. A young man with brown hair stepped in and took my order. He was nice but everyone else was absolutely rude. Won’t come again.
Decent chai tea latte. Good place to work from. They were out of stock of a few veggie breakfast items. Flying Biscuit is nearby.
