Caridad Restaurant

This place has not reopen the restaurant. Is only for take out. The food is not as before and is more expensive. This was a family restaurant and one of the best one before the pandemic. People from the neighborhood go uptown, Washington heights to get a good domican meal. After the pandemic they only do delivery and take out. This place needs to reopen.

The food was delicious and the mojito delightful. The waitress is very nice and attentive.Food: 5/5

I used to love this restaurant until today. I ask for a grilled chicken salad with everything but tomatoes. When I called the excuse was that the grilled chicken salad is more expensive. And this is what I got. Never again will I order customer service is horrible.

For years this was my family preference restaurant however this place has turned into one of the worst when it comes to service and food. After couple of years without ordering from Caridad, I have just placed an order for a combo and I got two lunches. Mind you, the lady who took my order asked twice what I wanted. I called the restaurant after the delivery and their answer was "the order said two lunches". No kidding. Unbelievable. Not even an apology. Never again.

Clean and organized. I was directed where I wanted to go as soon as I got in. The guys there were respectful and attend me almost immediately.
