What is going on with Carls Jr? The meat looked like it was microwaved not charbroiled. It literally made me sick. I was excited to try their waffle fries but they were too spiced up for my liking. I think I’ll just stay away for a while.Food: 1/5

I went there on Tuesday and ordered two 3 piece tender combos with natural cut fries. I drove off because I was in a hurry and called Carl’s Jr to let them know the order was wrong because they got the fries wrong and did not give me a receipt. The person who answered spoke a different language and kept hanging up on me or putting me on mute. I asked for a manager and got some crazy reply with another hang up. The general manager needs to take a look at the employees at that location. That kind of service is unacceptable. Do not come to this location. That experience ruined all carls jr for me. I will never go back in my life.

The service here is no good. Customer service is unacceptable. Everyone always seems annoyed that they are even working here. I have given this Carl’s Jr. so many chances. My very first impression was going through the drive-through and I was greeted with What do you want and then my order was incorrect when we left we came back and got yelled at for letting them know that their customer service was not nice and our order was wrong the second third and fourth time that I went here just seemed annoyed the location is clean and the food is good, but customer service is not good

Erika in Murray made my day! I was having a terrible morning and went through the drive through to get some breakfast and my day instantly turned around. She was able to help me decide what I wanted and gave recommendations and was just so extremely nice! The food was fresh and delicious!Food: 5/5
