Great experience from the start. Sales staff was fantastic through out the process. Initially Alex was great but wasn't available the day I purchased. Kendall did an excellent job handling some obstacles and finalizing the sale. I also dealt with Luke in the service dept to setup up a few repairs on the vehicle . Luke provided exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, eager to help, set a realistic expectation and followed up when he said he would. Smooth and positive experience.

I'm livid. I took my car in to see the offer. First of all, ridiculously low ball offer. But that's not the problem. I got my car back with lights on for low tire pressure on two tires, like severely low. 26 and 27 psi from 33. Thought that was odd, but since I got my car back, I've been noticing a burning plastic smell. This car is kept in pristine condition. Did they sabotage it to make me seriously consider their ridiculous offer? What a bunch of clowns!
I had been told by friends that they were the place to sell your car. They were professional and courteous and made the whole process quick and easy. It was great dealing with a trustworthy company.
Car max does not care about you as a customer. I made the mistake of going back to them after the last car I bought from them and how I was treated but lesson learned. I finally was able to get the BMW I wanted and I barely made it home from the dealership when it started messing up and of course they was closed at that time I tried to call them and it was a Saturday so I had to wait till the following Monday. It took them weeks to get it fix and they still had to send it to a BMW dealership since they couldn’t fix it right and all they could do was keep telling me you have 30 days to get your money back. ALL I WANTED WAS THE CAR I PICKED. I had to replace the brakes two weeks after getting the car and as soon as my 90 days was up for them to fix things my car started Messing up again. They say they do an inspection on the cars but between my car and the lady that had brought her van for an issue which apparently had frame damage and still sold it to her. They only care about getting your money and pushing out bad cars. Me and my family have bought cars from them for years and I recommend you find a different dealership.
Very a positive experience. The salesman was knowledgeable about Carmax policies and procedures. Was very informative. Made the whole deal relatively painless and out with a new truck in less than two hours. The truck I wanted, and yes, it has a HEMI.
Advisor Steve Underwood very help, knowledge, knew how to assist with finding me the right car within my budget. He continued with the sale/purchase very comfortably. Many kudos to Steve.
