I cannot say enough good about this practice as a whole. From the moment you walk in the door, nothing but welcoming warmth and kindness from every person I had contact with. I ended up choosing Dr. Grasse for a full tummy tuck after consults with a few other surgeons. Her bedside manner is superb, she is so down to earth and easy to converse with which instantly made be incredibly comfortable with her. She takes her time with you, is educational and completely transparent so you have realistic expectations before, during and after. Trish the clinic nurse is always quick to respond with any and all questions. I had my procedure today and am so thankful for my choice in my care.
In January I called several plastic surgeons to get a consultation. Carmel Cosmetic had a human being that answered very professionally and set me up on their earliest possible appointment in March. They were so good about sending me paperwork and keeping in touch with me. At my consultation the whole office staff was so nice and welcoming. At one point it looked like my surgery would not be until July, but the office called me and offered me a recent cancelation. My surgery was May 2. Going back to the office for check ups has been wonderful! Tricia the nurse is so amazing and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The office staff is friendly and kind. I would encourage anyone considering plastic surgery to give them a call!!!!
Dr. Bergman is PHENOMENAL! I went to her for a blepharoplasty consult. She is the sweetest human being and an amazing surgeon. Surgery and recovery were a breeze and my eyes look so much better. I absolutely love the results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I never thought in a million years I would choose plastic surgery. If you're asking yourself if the monetary investment is worth it, yes it is, because YOU are worth it! ! I have beautiful results after a panniculectomy, tummy tuck, and breast lift. I contacted 4 different plastic surgeons to ask about an abdominoplasty tummy tuck for myself. Dr. Bergman’s office was the most supportive, quick to respond and easy to work with. I’m just 9 days past my surgery, and everything is wonderful! I’ve had several questions about my recovery, and they have been patient and kind each time. HIGHLY recommend!
Going into Dr. Bergman’s office for the first time I was extremely self conscious and uncomfortable seeing my own reflection in the mirror. My goals were to always have a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck done as a reward for all of the hard work put into reaching my fitness goals. The first time meeting Dr. Bergman was the best experience I have ever had meeting a medical professional. During the consultation we talked about everything I wanted done and how we would achieve the desired look I wanted for so long. After surgery I looked in the mirror for the first time and was overwhelmed with emotions because I absolutely loved the woman I saw in the mirror after years of not loving the way I looked. I would highly recommend Dr. Bergman and her team to anyone seeking plastic surgery.
I had the best experience with Dr Grasee! She is such a sweet and down to earth person. Tish, her nurse is the sweetest person, I really enjoyed her. They made me feel right at home and relaxed. The results from the surgery are amazing and I’m so impressed & forever grateful!
Had a huge chest proportionally to my frame thanks to genetics and wanted a breast reduction for years due to back/neck issues even with PT, skin irritation, and dysmorphia. Ultimately went from a 30G to now around a C/D. I have had a great experience with Dr. Bergman and her staff. Surgery day was a breeze or as much as a major surgery could be and my office visits have been quick and pleasant. From the moment I woke up from anesthesia my back/neck/shoulders have been healing and steadily improving, I am so comfortable in my own skin now. Dr. Bergman went to bat for me to get it covered by insurance luckily mine provided coverage based on my symptoms. Smooth and uneventful recovery and I am healing so well 6 months out. Thank you Dr. Bergman and staff!
