The Carmel library digital media lab is a great community resource. There are five Apple workstations loaded with graphic software and media software. The consultants on duty are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a 3D printer available for general use. The lab is free to Carmel Clay library card holders and there's a small fee to cover the cost of materials for the 3D printer.
If it wasn't for taking my kids to almost every kid program and getting them books, I would rarely ever go. The kid area is incredible. Classes are amazing. I have overheard people from all over coming just to bring their kids to the classes. Top notch.
Honestly I can’t beleive all you need is a library card. It’s absolutely spectacular. Definitely check it out, but maybe not because I don’t want it to fill up. Every adobe product you could need, 3D design and other stuff. Also 3D printee which doesn’t even cost that much. People there are very knowledgeable and so open to helping you if you have a question about how to do something. Wonderful place please don’t charge money for the computers in the future.
Best library in the whole state. Very calm and peaceful with great book collection. If you want a book that is not available in the library, you can ask any volunteer if they can get it from other libraries for you
Perhaps one of the best library's around the area, very good collection of books, very good ambience. neighbors in carmel clay area must be very proud.
Love this place, there is always something to learn or do. The people are friendly and helpful. What more can I say, I have spent a lot of time here.
Really great place to work with technology and have all your questions answered. My guy Brian there was incredibly helpful with the project I was working on earlier this week.
Great place to learn and practice sound recording, social photo editing, 3d printing and more.
The whisper room is fantastic, and this is the only public space I know of with standup desks.
Great library. Something for everyone. They even have books in this one.
