We had a phenomenal experience with Carmel Stone. They were able to locate the last slab in the entire country of a discontinued stone and get it for us for our kitchen! We also purchased a beautiful mosaic back splash for our bathroom that arrived quickly. Everything in perfect condition. Yesenia was wonderful to work with. We will continue to use Carmel Stone for all our stone needs!
This store has an amazing selection of slabs and tile that are phenomenal. Every staff member, from the receptionists to the warehouse gentlemen are very polite and efficient. And this time I met Robbie which made it extra special after seeing him on TV for so long. Yesenia is an excellent representative and extremely pleasant to work with. The stone slabs are like magic, and the people here are right there with them. After going to quite a few other stone outlets, this one was by far the most friendly, and family oriented.
We highly recommend working with Carmel stone Imports, in Carmel, especially because of the opportunity to work with Ron. The selection of tile and stone is amazing, and can be overwhelming. Ron made the process much less complicated, and actually fun. He has excellent design ideas, is very patient and organized, follows through, and goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Our kitchen marble, the tile in the bathrooms, and fireplace look absolutely beautiful!
Ron Rowe was immediately communicative and expert in his knowledge of the different specialty tiles I was ordering. In addition, he articulated clearly between the manufacturer and myself. The delivery was timely and the order was complete. I never met Ron Rowe, which is unfortunate. We did business long distance through email and phone. I look forward to meeting Ron and thanking him in person for his excellent service and knowledge.
Excellent service. Yesenia Torres was very helpful and patient with me, as I had no clue what I wanted when I first embarked on my bathroom remodel. She helped me chose the right marble for the floor and shower area, and we walked back and forth many times in their big warehouse till we found the right slab for the cabinet. I am very happy with the end result..thank you Yesenia ! I couldn't have done it on my own
I came to Carmel Stone, Palo Alto last Friday, toward the end of the day. I met with Jeff who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I was looking for an old tile that has been discontinued. He researched several vendors and suggested great alternatives. Thank you Jeff!
They have full slabs of Ceasarstone, which is very different from small samples.
