Carmona's Appliance Center

I was being helped by someone who seemed to be a very experienced sales associate when trying to decide between 2 different appliance models. Once my wife and I did not make a prompt decision the associate was very much trying to talk us into the whirlpool model. I asked if the posted price was accurate and he said "no, we just haven updated the signs yet" then he began to cross out the lower sale price with a marker. He continued to talk us into buying the whirlpool model and the main selling point was the fact it had a manufacturer rebate of $50. After making the purchase and getting home we discovered the rebate expired the day before the purchase! I am giving this company a resounding thumbs down seeing how they don't honor the prices printed out and posted on the appliance it's self. Then we were sold a expired rebate... Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Edit: A man named Art called me and gave me the rebate even though it had expired. This review was initially 1 star but I appreciate the fact that the company reached out and did something to keep their word.

My delivery time for a washer was supposed to be between 9 and 1. I called at noon because my morning was wasting away. the store told me the driver said he would be here in 30 to 45 minutes. The driver finally called at 5 to 1 and said he would be another 25 minutes. I had things to do so I had to have a friend stay here and wait. When they tried to show a demonstration they did not even know how to work it. And the one installer was going to put the hoses on without washers. The sales people were great. The delivery people got zero stars from me. signed not happy P.S. I knew Monte Carmona when his family owned the store and this type of delivery service would have never happened. It is definitely not the same Carmonas. I would of given the original Carmonas 5 stars. This one Zero. May 31, 2018 When I opened my account to buy the washer my balance was $1072 with no interest for 12 months, I went to make my first payment and I saw my balance was $2144. I got charged twice. I called Carmona's and talked to the salesman and he said the bookkeeper charged me twice and when I talked to the bookkeeper she said he processed it twice someone needs to step up and take the heat. Then they were not going to correct it for a day or so and I said no it needs to be done now. Now it is in the process mode and who knows how long it will take. BEWARE!! I change my overall rating now to zero stars for all.

Our place to go. For you out there go to Sears, and this is what you get. Your you have a problem with refrigerator you call tech support, it's in the Philippines, you have to get 4 parts replaced before they will get you a replacement. Better read you contract. But at Carmona's the service is the best we bought a washers and dryers the washers had a problem. I called them they will get me a replacement. No problems not like Sears. Before you buy and spent that hard earned money go to Carmona's you will be pleasantly surprised.

Purchased a floor model. Delivery time was supposed to be 9-1. It is already 1! No phone call saying they would be delayed. And 40 dollars for the delivery? Rip off!! Should of went to pickup on our own and possibly went with another business. I plan on adding another review regarding their service when they finally arrive too. 😡

Walked in got stared at finally got a guy to come over to help just to have the music on top of one of the appliances blasting I'm my ear so I couldn't hear him on top of all that thr prices are rediculess compared to the rest of redding.
