Carnaval Brazilian Grill

Food- outstanding! Atmosphere- wonderful! Call ahead seating is a joke. They encourage you to call ahead so as not to wait for 45 minutes to an hour. So I call ahead and she says that from 6-7pm I can't make a reservation because it's only for walk in requests. Great eats but not very organized! Made movie night a pain to plan for.

Always treat you like family, great with suggestions, if you find you don't quite like something they do their best to make it right. They always try and make your stay enjoyable. Family friendly, very comfortable. Have always felt comfortable to take my time there, they do not rush you and make sure you leave happy.

We had a great experience dining here. The food was delicious! My only complaint is that I was getting full before I'd had a chance to sample it all. Since it was our anniversary, we were served a dessert that was made table side. What a fantastic ending to a great meal.

We have never had a bad experience at Carnaval. Every time we go, the food is equally as fantastic as the last time. They offer a great selection of meats on their rodizio service - mostly beef, with good chicken and pork too (plus lamb and shrimp on the more expensive option). There are also great Brazilian and American options on the salad bar. The building and atmosphere are nice, the waitstaff are friendly, and the weekend music is pleasing. Even for a person who doesn't normally like a whole lot of meat, I am always excited to go back to Carnaval!

Carnaval is always a pleasant experience. The Gaucho Rodizio service is the reason you come to Carnaval Brazilian Grill. The cowboys do an excellent job of serving you hot delicious juicy meat choices. The salad bar is also always very excellent. Don't forget to grab the mashed potatoes from the salad bar to enjoy with tour Gaucho service. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean.
